503 did an amazing job on my 964 recently, i had hard to remove water spots on my windows, and the team at 503 descaled them to perfection, I had tried everything at home, but was unsuccessful. They also did a safety check on my car a found a loose top hat on my KW coil overs and they tightened them back to spec. I was really impressed at the professionalism and talent of the the 503 team. Took my M2 in for a coilover and spacer install. From beginning to end, I received great service. I left instructions for install and couldn't have asked for a better result. I was searching for a significant drop in ride height and the end result was exactly what I had envisioned. Post-install, I had some tweaks I wanted performed and they got me back in and took care of it, free of charge. The alignment performed after the suspension install left my steering wheel off-centered (alignment performed by 3rd party, not 503). 503 willingly reimbursed me for the cost of resolving the issue. I just completed a performance tune and pulley install on my vehicle at 503 Motoring. This shop was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the process. Upon arrival, my car went right up on the lift for inspection. I was called out to look at it before they began the install. One of their tech's noticed several loose and/or uninstalled bolts around the tranny and exhaust and a brace that was installed backwards. The team there corrected the issues before they started on the install. This prework inspection step potentially a) saved me money down the road and b) may have saved more than that....my life, should all of the bolts eventually rattled out of place. Many thanks for that! The install of the other hardware and software went as planned, no problems. They did an excellent job installing the Dashcam in my new Tesla. Everything went exactly as planned and exactly on schedule. The Tesla has a somewhat different electrical system, as one might imagine. 503 was recommended to me as the local experts on after-market electronics for Tesla cars and they lived up to that reputation. They picked the car up at my office, asked all the right questions, and returned the car to my office looking perfect. They fixed a couple of minor paint issues too. Brought my CTS-V there for tint and they totally botched it the first time. Creases, dust, bubbles, and a hair. They did it a second time not charge. No charge? For your mistake? 2nd go round they bragged about having to redo the entire car. Contrats for only having dust and pieces of tint from the first job you managed to miss scraping off. I lived with it that way for a couple of months then had a different shop do it right. I did complain after the 2nd time and they offered to do it again. That was not going to happen. *****Update***** The owner has now contacted me and offered me a full refund plus a $100 if I bring in the receipt. The car was sold two years ago and I no longer have it but I do have the original emails from his employee and all the problems with the tint both times. This felt more like a payoff to remove a bad review versus an honest gesture. I let them know the 2nd job was garbage and they offered nothing. But post about it online and they try and buy you off. I was inquiring about having my rear windshield tinted after getting a crappy job done on my front windows at a different company. I had communicated with Dan via email and phone a few times leading up to my appointment because I requested a certain tint percentage. The first thing i noticed when pulling up was Aston Martin parked out front (out belonged to Marrell Webster, ex-Blazer). There were also multiple Mercedes AMG-series vehicles. Seeing all of this made me feel better about choosing to come to these guys. When I went inside for my appointment, Dan was awesome. He gave me a brief tour, explained their other services, and showed me some completed services on a client's BRZ that was parked out front (the paint protection). I was recommended here by a friend who had his windows tinted here, and they did a great job on my car too. They were even able to do the tiny, triangular quarter-windows of my car (the other company I used first said that they couldn't do them due to the difficulty of reaching them). They only charged a tiny amount for these windows, too. I didn't meet the person who did the tinting, but he did an awesome job. I will eventually be returning here to get the paint protection on my front bumper & hood. read more

When I first bought my car in '09, a friend told me not to get the clear mask from the dealership, but to go to 503, and no one else for any additions regarding my car. Sure enough, I went there 2 weeks after I got the car, and Tim, the owner, welcomed me very professionally. Ever since that day, 503 has been my only go to place for any aesthetics regarding the car. I decided to put tint a few months later, and sure enough their service exceeded my expectations. I have contacted Tim a few times regarding exhaust systems, and he spent a good chunk of time with me on deciding which one to choose. Him and I sat down and watched YouTube videos, and with his sense of expertise, he helped me pick the right one. I didn't think twice after I got his advice, and sure enough, the sound was PERFECT, everybody who's heard it loved it. Unfortunately, the manufacturer of the system had an exclusive deal with another shop for Oregon customers, and wouldn't ship it to anyone else. But Tim still recommended the one he felt best fit the car. So, I ordered the exhaust (per Tim's advice), and had it mounted, but the tips were not symmetrical, went back to said shop, and they over adjusted it which still left them asymmetrical a little tiny bit (a big no-no in 503 Motoring's eyes). It wasn't too bad, but you want to make sure that when you spend money to improve your car, you really are improving with all levels. It's clear that my expectations were set by 503 Motoring's attention to detail, and that the other shop did not have the same standard as the 503 Motoring team. On another note, Tim has shared my pain when I had small incidences with my car, and has always given me great advice. I always felt that Tim viewed me as a friend, not just a customer. I've come to his shop various times just to have a conversation with him about the car even when it was out of a business interaction. Tim has also personally helped me the Vag-Com codes since I didn't have the cable, and made the effort to meet me and improve some of the commands of the coding. Even when the dealership reset all the commands, I came by and Tim happily did that for me. When I decided to sell my car, I contacted Tim, and he invited me to the shop to have a little discussion on what I should do, and to what extent I should touch up the paint, and get rid of the small scratches depending on the offer I had in hand. His professional opinion helped me sell the car. I sold it a couple days ago. I loved the 503 Motoring brand, that I personally asked Tim for their license plate holders to put on my car :D. read more

There were not many options in Eugene and it seemed that most shops installed the paint protection film as a kind of "side line." 503 motoring got its start installing clear bra films and specialized in the process. I've been working with 503 for many years. I've had a number of our cars from simple wheel set ups to full custom and performance upgrades. I could have written a post many times, and probably should have, but last night was just one of the times that reaffirms when they say you aren't a client you are part of the family. I just had a new set of wheels put on (which by the way was made good from another issue from the wheel company that 503 helped fix), and the rear tire went flat on my way home. It was after dinner. 8pm. On a Friday. I called Tim. They happen to be together unwinding from a from crushing another week. They didn't hesitate they didn't complain. They had one of their family members needing help. 2 cars and his truck comes to the rescues 20 miles from their shop. My stock wheels loaded, a jack, and 5 guys. They found one issue. So I own a Tesla Model 3 that I love. But what I don't love is the glass roof. Yada, yada, yada...yeah it's cool to look through the roof. But it has a real downside and that is it gets HOT in the summer when the sun shines down. The impact is your head gets baked if you are tall enough to be close to the inside surface of the glass. Yes, I have read all the other owner's reviews and many say, "No, it's not hot at all. There's no problem with it, the glass cuts 99% of the UV," while many others confirm my own experience. Why some guys feel it's not a problem I can only make educated guesses: They like to blow the aircon on their heads full blast or they are short or something else. But the objective fact is the inside of the roof over the driver's seat is quite hot. A simple test proves it...park or drive the car in the sun for 10 minutes and then put your palm flat against the glass. It will be hot enough to make your hand very uncomfortable. And that heat is radiating downward. So, I decided to do something about it. I had 503 Motoring, which was recommended to me by local car aficianados, tint the inside of the driver and front passenger part of the roof. They used the "darkest" Photosync product they had. They did a clean, invisible install in just a few hours. It wasn't cheap for just that one pane of glass. But it did make a very significant difference in the heat coming through. Not a total block like a standard roof does, but enough so I don't notice it on my head anymore. So it was worth it. Just a one-time cost. 503 Motoring was very professional, used the best product apparently available to do the job, and I'm satisfied with the result. I give the company 5 stars, but I give the tint itself 4 stars because it doesn't block all the heat. That would take something on the outside, which I am told doesn't exist. Model 3 owners, you don't have to put your heads in the oven! Get that roof tinted! read more
