I had leather seats installed and Gonzalo helped me, he was nice but never mentioned that the product images he sent me would be four shades darker than the actual leather seats. (you can see in the pictures below.) When I received my seats, I was very surprised to see how different it looked than expected. I got 3 rows of seats done in red leather. Looked absolutely amazing for about 73,000 miles. They really are super nice. Even figured out a loaner car for me. I do drive alot and in under 3 years the leather started cracking on my driver's seat. But because I drove over 30k miles in the 3 years the warranty was invalid. I would pay extra next time for thicker leather or leather that the color goes deeper. I don't know the answer. I loved it! But I'm so sad it looks not perfect now. Your company does not have high standards, and just by you saying so it does not prove true, especially in my case. NO ONE EVER advised me BEFORE paying a non refundable deposit to NOT change the headliner color or its components, only the day BEFORE i was to pick up my vehicle was that even mentioned, the fact you come here to lie is appalling. You can see my the attached screenshots from Instagram. I was NOT informed via phone, text, Instagram or otherwise. The lack respect Coach had by NOT calling me to inform me that the job could NOT be completed that DAY by Color glo, it wasnt until the day AFTER they came to Coach and close to end of day the day PRIOR to be picking up my car. When more thanHALF of the accessories were already painted BLACK. I was told my car would be done on Thursday 3/27 and chose to pick on on fri 3/28. I asked that Color glo come in first thing Friday to get the job done they said they could do, the job you quoted me for and that I be able to be on the road in a reasonable time, that did not happen. I was told my car was good to go, NOT that I should wait even longer than promised to have the silicone CURE. Yes there was rain on the way back but I'm paying you as a business for a job, if the sunroof needed to CURE more why wasn't I told that?? NO ONE TOLD ME I SHOULD WAIT FOR IT TO CURE So instead of accepting responsibility that you and your employees failed to do the job properly the first time you wish to reflect the blame on me the paying customer, the customer that was NOT told to stay longer cause the sunroof had to cure. No one and not you told me the leak test was 3 Hrs of a hose being blasted onto the sunroof, 3 hrs is a little ridiculous amount of time to do that as this is the first you've said that, you didn't tell me at the shop to my face that was being done for 3 hours. You told me the hose was out on and couldn't find a leak then told me well we found the problem the sunroof just came right out, the sealant didn't adhere. So it's my fault that I was given my car back my your business telling me I'm good to go???? In your response you are telling me that TWICE Coach automotive let me leave WITHOUT the silicone fully cured and that's my fault and no other company would offer additional assistance, especially when the fault is theirs to begin with? If a company makes a mistake the ethical thing to do is accept ownership. A $50 meal stipend and hotel in Portland does not address the fact that I've spend TWO round trips totaling 16 hrs., two days lost pay, including the round trip gas and one hotel stay I had to do to be at Coach first thing in the morning for you guys to "make it right" I was told I'd be taken care of first thing. The people walking in when I was there for my second visit did not have appointments they were walk ins for sunroofs leaking. Remember I sat in your waiting room ALL day by that front door from 8:30 till close to 4 pm I believe. The offer to come back for a 3rd time with $50 for food and hotel doesn't even cover the hassle this has been . As a customer how can I have faith in a business that has failed to properly seal my sunroof twice now and you want me to come back a THIRD time for repair? Who is to say it will finally be done right the third time when it should've been done right the first time. I requested some refund, something to make it right but got offered the hotel and $50 food card like that will make it all right driving back and forth from Coos Bay, OR to Beaverton for the third time, again with gas, time off work, childcare, etc. But I'm the one that choose a company in Beaverton right so that's my fault?? read more

We needed to have our drivers side seat repaired due wear and tear. After contacting Coach and uploading pictures to them we were able to get an estimate and decided to have the seat cover replaced with an OEM cover. Once we brought our Outback in they were able to take care of everything quickly while we enjoyed a coffee. The staff were all very professional, courteous and accommodating. When I bought my Outback 4 years ago, I wanted the brown leather but wasn't too excited about the steep price difference to upgrade to the Touring model. Steve has been awesome to work with - I've literally exchanged over a hundred e-mails with him over 4 years before I finally decided what to get. He has been super patient with my extreme indecisiveness. I've had my Katzkin leather interior that Coach installed for 3 years now, and I am amazed how beautiful, durable, and well fitting they are! I drive both Uber and Lyft full time, so there's lots and lots of folks, and bags, and the occasional dog jumping in and out of my car. You'd never know it by looking at the interior. It nearly looks as good as the day it was installed! I get at least one customer a week who comments on how nice the interior is. Little do they know, it's a 5-year-old Mazda CX-5 Sport...which is the least expensive and least flashy interior offered. You'd never know it by the way my riders react. I had one issue that occurred after the interior was well out of warranty. A flap of leather started hanging down from the fronts seats. Kind of like a leather "curtain" at the passenger's feet. I called Coach and made an appointment. The woman who made the appointment suggested that I bring it in around lunch, so that I'd have a minimum amount of downtime during a workday. She was pretty certain it wouldn't take more than an hour to fix. It was a great idea! The same person met me for my appointment. She was super helpful, pleasant, and very professional. She suggested some restaurants nearby where I could grab a bite. Less than a half an hour later, my car was fixed, vacuumed, and ready for me...AT NO CHARGE! The Katzkin product installed by Coach Automotive is a darn hard combination to beat. I'd recommend either of them to anyone. read more

They put leather seats in our brand new rav 4 for $1550 last summer. They left the seat heaters unplugged. Because it was summer time we didn't discover the seat heaters didn't work until late fall. When we took the car for its warranty maintenance to Toyota we mentioned the seat heaters didn't work. They diagnosed the seat heaters being unplugged but because the upholstery was not factory installed this was not covered by warranty. We paid almost $200 for coach automotive's mistake. Coach automotive did not respond to our email request for someone to contact us. I went to their shop and explained the situation. They shrugged and said nothing they could do since we didn't take it to them first. If I had even considered that they would have had such shoddy work as to leave the seat heater unplugged I would have done so. Avoid this business. TERRIBLE customer service . I would have given zero stars on this review if yelp allowed it. read more

Got my car back from Coach and the top speed of my car was clocked at 103MPH! My car also had an extra 15 miles driven on it. I like the leather seats but I'm not happy at all with how this company treats your car. Let this be a warning to all who go through Coach Automotive to get katzkin leather seats. My car only had 550 miles on it, which means it's extremely bad for an engine to be driven that rough. All Coach had to say was that they didn't do it. Well I'm the only one that's driven the car besides Coach Automotive. Coach didn't care about my car and didn't take this matter serious. UPDATE: After speaking to Dick Hannah dodge, they reviewed their security camera footage of my car on their lot and found that no one had driven the car other than Coach Automotive, which confirms that it was the driver for Coach Automotive that took my car on a joy ride at 103mph! read more

good gawd. I went in to have a factory back up cam replaced and I ended up with a sub standard cam instead. I have a clear view of my license plate but not the wide angle of the factory cam. I called and the tech was, "uh I don't know it is installed on the mount" so I asked what the part number was, " uh I don't know". why oh why didn't he offer to look? the back up view should not be of my license plate. This place is fantastic. I spent hours trying to find an armrest to replace the one in my Highlander that had a small tear in it. I was finally directed to this place by Beaverton Toyota to see if they could fix it. I was a walk in with no appt. They immediately took off my door panel saying it would be ready the next day. When I came back, it was ready and installed in less than 10 mns. He had re-covered the armrest in a close match. Looks perfect. I then spent another hour there fixing something else inside and using scissors from the office. She was so nice and patient while I fixed my issue. I took a friends truck to coach automotive to have interior done I picked custom interior 2 tone with matching my original color for the main body with different color stitching and perforation I went to pick up the truck and they did the wrong interior they only did one solid color nothing I had asked for after talking with the manager (chief) and also the owner kyle blake they said it was my fault for miss communication so I tried to resolve the issue with the owner kyle blake and all he could say is its my fault even know I have emails and texts messages of what I asked for and then he stopped messaging me for 6 months and then started messaging me again saying I need to pay them or they will send me to collections and from the beginning I told him I would pay for the work when it was fixed to what I ordered which I've already payed 600 for a deposit I think they are dishonest and a scam and the owner is very un professional they didn't do anything I asked for and want paid for a job done wrong and then send someone to collections for them installing wrong color I would never trust coach automotive or kyle blake ever. read more

I had them put leather in my 2017 Subaru Outback and I was very pleased with the job they did. Between them and Wentworth Subaru, I was very impressed with the turn around time. Despite the winter storm they still got my vehicle out at the promised time. I was very happy with the end product and the short amount of time they took to get the leather put in. Especially because I did not like the loaner the dealer gave me as it did not come anywhere close in comparison to my new car purchase but I may be biased at that point. These guys are great. I bought the car with a sun roof that flew off and they repaired it under the supplier's recall in no time. After someone hit my car I thought something came loose so I came back and they checked it out for me for free without making me deal with the adjuster and insurance hassle.
