My old, crappy tiny Prius-C that I bought from a friend at a discount because it was so filthy looks like a new car! In so far as ~14 years of kid stains and roadtrip spills can actually come out of baked-on seat upholstery, the tech Jaxson made my car look and feel brand new. Their mobile unit has everything -- water, power, vacuum, etc, needing no hookups. He worked for over six hours straight without needing a thing from me -- thats well beyond the amount of time I would've expected to be included in a flat rate. Unbelievable transformation. The $290 total included a $50 service charge to get them to come to my house despite it being outside their area, and $40 for a hand wash. He even went above and beyond on the hand wash! But the interior, my goodness. The car feels good to drive again. Scheduling was easy and flexible. It's worth the money to pay these folks to come to you in Portland! $245 for an interior cleaning - pretty disappointed with the service overall. The detailer came out to ask me if there were any spots that he missed while I was looking over the job. I immediately pointed out several areas which were met with the excuse of - ' the lighting inside is not as good so I couldn't see any of this.' seemed like a pretty big red flag to me. He gave the car another once over, but there is still debris, dust, hair, all throughout the car. Maybe my expectations were a little too high here and others have clearly had a better experience than me. WOW! I had an exterior detail done by Jeremy on my 2018 Audi A4 and I am impressed! My car went from dull to showroom ready!  When I brought in my car, Jeremy and I looked over it and he discussed what I could expect from the detail and gave me realistic expectations on the permanent water marks and bird poop damage on my car. I had caked on gunk all over which he was able to get out. I also brought up a scratch to see if he could do anything to help it. Obviously fixing the scratch would cost more in addition the detail, so he said he would see what he could do and call me with a price if I wanted to move forward to fix it. He called me halfway through the detail to let me know it's barely noticeable and that if it were his car he would just leave it. I really appreciate his honesty and I decided to leave it. He was right, I barely noticed the scratch when I pick up my car!  When I picked up my car, I couldn't believe how sparkly and shiny it was. It never looked so good since I drove it off the dealership lot. I did a last once over and Jeremy went over some of the things he just couldn't get out since it was burned into the paint, like bird droppings and water damage. But, with what he could do, it looked so much better. From booking the appointment to picking up my car, the guys at Kreasion were great. I will certainly be back for all future detailing needs and will even look into their car wash service so that I can maintain the detail. I highly recommend! read more

Samuel and his team are solid, do a great job and I'll likely use them for all my car detailing and washing needs. The price was more than fair for the work they did. They came out to me and had their own power and water too. They were here from around 9:30 to 12:30 hand wash / waxing and cleaning our model y and f150. Noticed a few minor scratches on the truck after the wash which Samuel assured me would buff out, so will likely use him for a minor paint correction before lease end. To be clear, I don't think they caused the scratches. I'll update this if anything changes but for now, I think I found my huckleberry. read more

Price wasn't bad all things considered and the detailing turned out well but the customer service was less than stellar. Nice people but the estimate for how long my detailing was going to take just kept going up and up with zero communication. The time kept changing and I had to be the one to reach out and ask for clarification. I showed up at the time I was told it would be done twice and it wasn't ready. Then had to wait an extra 30 minutes at the end just for good measure. When I drove off my seats were soaking wet and I got a rash on my legs where the cleaner soaked through my pants. After all that time the seats were still soaked somehow. I have zero problem waiting but if I'm going to plan my day around getting my car detailed I want an estimate of how long it'll take that's at least somewhat accurate. I get that things happen but I'd rather they over estimate than underestimate and make me wait around for no reason. I could've gotten a lot more done had I known it was going to take a half day and not just a couple hours like I was originally told. After all that they asked for a 5 star review. The detailing itself looked good and they're nice people but I won't be a returning customer. read more

I had gasoline spill in my car from a portable gas can and it went down between the seat belts. The smell was unbearable. Samuel was amazing! He worked around my schedule to drop off/pick up my car which was very important to me. I was able to get my car in the same day I called. Very detailed in what services to be provided, communicated the entire way even when something wasn't working (I had difficult residue on my headliner) and they tried numerous times to remove it. It's the effort that counts and they go above and beyond to give you a great experience. Now let's talk about the detail - when I walked up to the truck, it looked better than when I first bought it in 2019. Wheels and tires were flawless and the paint looked great. They removed tar with a clay bar and really took the time to remove what they can. Interior was done meticulously with detail and precision. We use our truck for outdoor adventures and it was overdue for a cleaning and they did a fantastic job. 10/10 go to them. read more

I came in from an ad on Next Door about a special limited offer on a Ceramic coating for my car- normally $1200, but special if I could book in a week, only $500 with a 5 yr warranty. I booked it for a few days later. He tried to upsell me a scratch and dent professional repair BEFORE the Ceramic coating- another $1000. I turned it down, I wasn't prepared to spend that kind of money. I chose to stay there and wait for the car to be finished. It took under 1.5 hrs when he originally told me it could be 3-4 hours. I peeked out a time or two and saw the worker putting it on, and buffing it off. No special curing or anything like that...just like a normal wax job! Rub it on, let it dry, and buff it off! This cost $1200 normally? I'm sorry but it's definitely not worth that much money, and I'm not even sure it was worth $500. It looked great, and has performed wonderfully through the rainy weather. If I had to do it again, I'd go buy a can of the do it yourself Ceramic coating, and save myself $460 dollars. This is just my opinion. Buyer Beware. read more

I'm laaaate posting, but I had a marvelous experience here a while back. A now-forgiven family member borrowed my car & left the windows down during a storm :( I shop-vacced, scrubbed, sprayed anti-mold, all the damage control things & it still smelled absolutely RANK. We have a pack of dogs, so a bit of dirt & odor is an ongoing battle, but this was very much a mold stench & I was worried for both the human & canine lungs/immune systems in our lil fam. Spores be spore-ing & all that. Brought it in for a consult with Samuel, locked in an appt for next day. He did an amazing clean (even tho I assured him detailing was not my concern given the dog hair would return within 24hrs LOL, I was just worried for all our health), then he ozone/mold bombed the interior.....then doubled back bcuz he said something still wasn't right. He pulled out my trunk floor & voilà--the moisture had gotten thru to my spare wheel well & created Mold Magic Kingdom. My car had a pretty awful mold situation, and after speaking to Cisco (Aloha location) I decided to bring the car in. I definitely appreciated being set up with a good deal as well. Solid customer service from Samuel the co-owner also. They spent a couple hours cleaning up my car and returned it back to about 80-85% better, which was beyond relieving! Samuel was very cool about me bringing my car in for a second time two weeks later, and they did a more thorough job. It's about 90-95% clean and restored to pre-mold condition, which is really awesome since my interior is all light grey carpet and very hard to get things out of it. The inaugural road trip for my new Jeep took us to Arizona. Wanting to travel the roads less travelled we went through eastern Oregon, Nevada and into Arizona. Going through eastern Oregon and northern Nevada we encounter swarms of suicidal grasshoppers, locusts and crickets. And, to top it off, the gas can we brought with us leaked in the cargo area.
