I brought my VW Golf TDI in; I have never had any car detailed before, and didn't know which shop to go to. I saw a Groupon for this place, and checked out their reviews online, and decided it was worth the try. I am so happy I did! The service was a "Spring Cleaning" which was a light interior/exterior detailing (no shampoo of the chairs). They started working on my car promptly after I dropped it off, and had it ready by the time they said they would. It was beautifully cleaned and waxed on the outside, and it looks almost-brand new on the inside! I had a lot of dry grass and just years of grime that built up on the carpets/nooks and crannies, and they got it all. There was even a stained section on the fabric of one of the doors, and they cleaned it for free (even though shampooing wasn't included in the Groupon deal). I would definitely recommend them to anyone that doesn't have a regular shop already that does their detailing. They are friendly, respectful, and do a thorough job. Thanks so much! read more

Wow, these guys are fantastic!! I recently took my 2007 Ford Focus in to get the outside detailed. It was in bad shape. The car hadn't been driven or washed in over two years and had a hard buildup of pollen, mold and who knows what else was there. On top of that there was some residual tape from where I had once had to tape my passenger side rear view mirror to the car. There were some marks on the passenger side from when I sideswiped a recycle bin as well. I thought there was no way the tape residue would come off or the sideswipe marks. I've tried but nothing worked. I had bought the car new so I was aware how nice it looked when I bought it. When I saw my car I was amazed beyond belief! It looked outstanding. The car looked even better than it did when I bought it. All the pollen and mold and whatever else was gone and had a mirror like surface. That sun dried tape and the sideswipe marks were all gone as well. On top of that that they went ahead and detailed the engine as well. I was even shuttled to my house and back when the car was finished. There are not enough great things I can say for S & R Motorz detailing. I got a whole lot more for my money than I expected. I bought an Amazon Local voucher for $69 to get the interior of my car detailed. I scheduled the appointment over the phone, and ended up scheduling the work on a Saturday. The car was dropped off around 9 AM, and they were done around their closing at 5 PM. I ended up tacking on a car wash for $15 so that it would be a complete job. Because it took so long to complete, I had a ride for when I dropped it off and picked it up. Honestly, they did a great job. My car was looking pretty grungy, there was a lot of dust and dirt, and there were some stains (including some matted-in marshmallow in one seat from a tipped-over sweet potato casserole from a few years back) in the seats. It looked brand new on the inside when I picked it up. I'm really happy with the job, and I would definitely use them again. It sounds like they have only been open for a few months, so if you're looking to get your car detailed, you should give them a try. read more

I recently had my Mazda 3 in for the interior/exterior detailing. They offer free local drop off service after you've left your ride which is nice! Once there I decided to get a quote on my passenger side door which had been scraped into while parked by an unknown jerk. It was very reasonable so I gave the green light on the door as well as the detail. By the next day near closing time they said the car was all finished! I arrived and was taken to check it out inside the garage. 1st thing I noticed was how nice the exterior looked. It was even soft upon touching thanks to the clay wax. Rims were shinny, the interior was spotless, it even smelled great! Having a puppy has turned the car into a piggy bank for dog hair.. yet you wouldn't be able to tell a dog had ever been inside! I was impressed by the detail, of the detailing.. but to top it off the door looked great! They were even nice enough to remove some minor little bumps on the body they noticed while working on the door!! A very solid five stars for these guys! Wow these guys put the "detail" in auto detailing! I couldn't be happier, I had my car sitting in the driveway for several months so there was built up dirt and grime caked on the car and in the cracks and crevices everywhere. The interior was a mess, it needed a good thorough shampoo on the carpet and seats. The alloys were dirty with caked on brake dust and some rust even. I was hopeful with high expectations but apprehensive at getting my hopes up too much because in reality, who could possibly turn this mess of a car back into the cherry it used to be? I had my 2022 GMC Sierra bedliner and wheel wells coated with their spray-on product, and purchased a LEER hard, foldable tonneau cover as well. My car stunk when I brought it in. My cat had peed in her carrier and it leaked onto the seat and underneath the seat onto the floor. The smell had permeated the heating/air conditioning vent and after doing everything I could (multiple apps of expensive neutralizer on the seat and carpet and Ozium in the vent) I thought I would have to trade in the car to escape the smell. My husband got me an auto detail for Christmas at S & R and I haven't smelled it since! The only negative was the chem they put in duct system was very hard to remove from the windows, very oily. These guys are hands down the best in customer service that I have ever seen! They got me in in one day and did a beautiful job on the bed liner in my brand new truck. Unfortunatly the gromet for the bottem of my tailgate got caught up in the masking tape and thrown out. I drove the truck home without noticing it and the tail gate rubbed on the box side scratching both the gate and the inside jamb of the box. Richard was embarrassed and apalogized several times. The whole crew dug through the garbage and found my gromet. I came back in after hours and they quickly installed it apalogized again and asked that I get an estimate to repair the scratches and he would pay for it all. Since he was so cool about it I just couldnt stick him with a 1200 dollar repair bill when, since it was in the jamb, I could just touch it up myself , so Richard just gave me a 475 dollar bedliner for free. Which is excactly what he should of done. Accidents happen all the time in business, its how you handle it that determines your success and these guys handled it perfectly. I will be returning to that shop for all my truck accessory needs and so will all my family and freinds. . read more

Since it was raining i didnt really care for the car wash itself so they really focused on getting all the dog hair out of my car even though it wasnt included in the package. I like small places like this because they are more personable. I think they should get an S&R motor sign though. Im new to oregon so it was a little hard for me to find. Ruben is a crook -I can't speak for the other owners but I made the big mistake of trusting Ruben. I had bought a Jeep from him and things went really well, until I had to pay $650 to fix the AC. Later I had to move out of the state and had him sell the Jeep in consignment. I was pleased and never did check the selling translation. O my last day in OR we had agreed that he would sell my second vehicle, a Van and mail me the the amount that belongs to me. My money is gone. These guys are amazing!!!! I took a 2007 Mini Cooper in that had hard water spots ,scratches and needed some love on the paint and interior BIG TIME The car looked like new when they were done. I have tried several detailing companies in the past but these guys are by far the best I have used. if you have ever had a car detailed and it came back with swirls in the paint (very prevalent on dark colors ) it looks terrible and you feel like you wasted your money, let me tell you when these guys were done it looked like a mirror, not one swirl anywhere. The inside really wasn't pet hair free before the trip so after 5 days the back seat was looking pretty hair. It took them a full day to do a server interior detail clean and wash/wax, but my car is pet hair free!!!
