Terrible Experience - Stay Away. I live in Austin and work all week, so Sunday is the only day I can look at cars. The sellers agreed to meet on Sunday, and we planned our entire day around it. I even asked a friend to come with us so we'd have two drivers in case we decided to buy the car and drive both vehicles back. That means my friend had to give up his only day off and time with his family just to help us out. At first, the seller said he couldn't meet in the morning because he was going to church, so we agreed to meet in the afternoon. Then he postponed again -- to 5:30 PM. We arrived in San Antonio earlier and texted him, letting him know we were ready if he became available sooner. He replied that he'd message us if possible. Then, at 5 PM, he simply texted that he wouldn't be able to meet at all. No apology, no explanation -- just "Sorry, friend." We wasted the entire day, spent money on gas, drove all the way to another city, and rearranged our schedules -- all for nothing. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. Be very careful dealing with these people. They talk about being Christians, but their actions show the opposite. Totally unreliable and self-centered. read more

I can't believe this place I would recommend them to absolutely NO ONE they are liars they sold me a lemon not to mention the car had "warranty" but when the car messed up (as in transmission and radiator) come to find out it was "expired" I bought the car at 131,000 the warranty expired at 100,000 and when I tried to take it back for a trade it they said I would have to put down another 1,200 I can't believe this place DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE your better off going to a dealership or being homeless then trusting them with a valid functioning car. !! I can't even put a ZERO rating and that is exactly what they need ! I got a car from them in January and have had nothing but problems since I drove off in the car. Nelson the owner does not want to help !! He won't even try to put me in another car. My car has a bad transmission, bad electrical hookups and my gear shift is slipping! The car won't go over hills or speed bumps nor can I park on a hill, incline or dip. The car won't go in Drive or Reverse without me having to push the car ! I have spent more into getting the car repaired then it's worth and still continue to have problems. Do not get the insurance they try to offer you neither. It's a scam!
