Zach recommended a particular service that I didn't quite understand; but said he'd get with his shop foreman who would get with Nordeen (spelling?) and have him call me the next day. He called two days later. Nordeen said he would put in my appointment for 24 Sept at 7 am. Then we discussed tire prices. In the same phone call, I was given 4 different prices for the same exact tires: $19XX; then it changed to $1005; then it changed to $920; then it changed to $955. I told him that his math didn't make any sense. His proclamation was he was using different Ford systems to quote them. Tires aren't like gas: the price doesn't change as the wind adjusts direction. I arrive today for my appt and to my surprise, my appt doesn't even exist. Further, he lied to his manager and said he was trying to give me a discount on the tires, which is why the price kept changing. I called him out on this lie as we didn't discuss any discounts. Aside from that, the tires are now (magically) $15XX. They also claim they don't need to hook up my truck to any machine for diagnostics; all I need are 4 new tires. I explained that my tires are only 2 years old; so clearly, there is something causing this. They were firm that diagnostics are not needed because the shop foreman took it for a test drive and that was sufficient. I asked if I bought the tires and the issue persists, if they'd warranty the tires. They would not. Imagine that. They've lost my trust completely. They were unable to make any of this make sense. This dealership lost my respect and my business for everything from oil changes and service to vehicle purchases. Now for my opinion: Zach is the best employee they have! Super smart, knowledgeable, personable, and friendly! It's a shame he works for (and with) such incompetence. Shop foreman (JR?) is pleasant and seemingly knowledge but can't explain the foolishness I encountered; nor could he offer any solution to the problem other than just buying new tires. He's the one who drive my truck and said diagnostics are unnecessary. In short, I appreciate them trying to save the customer money by not going through with a $200 test; but not at the risk it'll cost more in the end when diagnostics will tell you the underlying problem. I'm not interested on putting a bandaid over a flood. I have no need to be a lifelong customer for the same issue. Fix it and be done with it; don't have me keep coming back for the same problem.

Once we paid at pickup, we discovered the transmission did not have the "park" gear. Took the truck back for them to fix. It's been 4 months and the transmission is still not fixed. They even subbed it out to another shop and we have no idea where this other shop is even located. Is refusing to give us a refund even though they did not complete the work we paid them to do. Dodges calls and texts. Makes excuses and gives us the runaround. They are criminals preying on paying customers. This and any other business they run needs to be shut down.

I paid $700 for the motor, a little on the low side for that motor in its current state, and thought I'd just got a good deal. After pulling off the heads and taking a closer look, I realized the engine was seized, and filled with water, grease, metal pieces and shavings and leaves. As well there was rust through the cylinders and on the pistons, this engine never could've tannin it's condition. I called the place to tell them and was told that there was nothing they could do even after showing them pictures of the horrible engine I was sold. Ok top of all that it was a 4.8 liter rather than a 5.3, still nothing he could do. Avoid this place at all costs, don't let them scam you. It had jb weld on spark plug to compensate for head being stripped. I took it back and George assured me he knew nothing about it but he would make it right, but informed me I would be walking until it got fixed. I called back a week later to check on status of truck and George informed me my truck was not being fixed and infact had been repoed instead. My first payment was only 7 days late and I learned I now had to pay that to get my truck fixed. Guess they ran out of jb weld!!! I understand you buy used cars as is but I also understand karma's a mug
