They kept our vehicle for 8 weeks and I still made payments in time. It had a whole other front end. The struts were shot the brakes were gone and the new tires we bought were gone not zo mention. It had a 2016 hood and our car was a 2015. They scratched the Vin number in illegally. Oso grande used to be a respectful business now I will do everything in my power to let people know how dishonest the company is and are complete crooks. I was robbed of over 8k plus my vehicle still had a warranty and they decided to total it out over a transmission that still had a warranty. Mike Garcia should be arrested for his actions. He's a married man and my wife and I caught him and one of the finance ladies in the restroom together while we were waiting to find out about our vehicle. When I reached out to the dealership for help, I was given excuses and inconsistent explanations. I asked to speak with the owner, but instead I was sent to a generic service email and have not been given any verified way to contact the owner directly. The manager argued with me and tried to shift blame instead of offering real assistance. At this point, I feel that I was sold a vehicle with pre-existing issues, and the lack of transparency and support after the sale has been extremely disappointing. I'm still waiting for the dealership to take responsibility or even provide proper communication. If you are considering buying a vehicle here, I strongly recommend having it independently inspected before purchase and being cautious about the level of support you may receive afterward.

The car is a 2016 KIA Sorento and it looks and runs great without any issues. My daughters car is a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe and it runs and looks terrific. Both vehicles are affordable and they both have a 1 year warranty with them. The staff there is extremely helpful and they bend over backward to get you into a vehicle within your budget. By the way, I have terrible credit and it did not matter at all! You would be wasting time and money if you go somewhere else to buy a vehicle. Why not go where you win all the way around? Oh, I read some other reviews and the people who talk bad about this place are either smoking something they shouldn't be, or they got this place confused for someplace else, or maybe both!
