This past time, at WT Brews in Baldwinsville. They're a super popular truck and if you catch them at events or festivals (or in general) there's always a line! It was loaded up with cabbage, chili lime crema, and of course meaty lobster claw pieces, and was the perfect consistency of crunch with mouth-melting mushy butteryness. Very filling, though the order came with only one taco. The staff seems really nice and friendly and the food quality is good. Since this is (good) seafood, this is one of the pricier food trucks, but you won't pay much lower for a lobster roll anywhere else either. The potatoes were burnt...and I like mine well done....but I couldn't even get my fork through some of them. Burnt yet cold...not a great combination. Same with my breakfast burrito...the cheese was only partially melted and it just wasn't hot. Coffee was strong. Plenty of half and half on the table.
