They did make a mess of a parking lot, as what happens when you do that type of thing, but my neighbors started crying because the dirty water was running on to the freshly painted lines. I let them know and the guy turned around and came back and did a spray down of the entire dirty area in the parking lot right away. My only recommendation is if you get a mobile detailing, just put your car in a spot where the nearby area can get dirty for a bit until it rains so your neighbors don't also cry :) I probably should have parked at the very end of the lot, so it's more my mistake than theirs, but they took care of it right away.

A selling point for this business is that you can get an annual "detail" every year for free (it's really a glorified car wash). I had the initial body work done at their Pembroke, MA location (though I now live in Plymouth, MA) and presumed that I could have the detailing done at any of their locations....silly me. I went to their Plymouth, MA location a few months ago to make an appointment for detailing and, while they didn't initially want to do the detailing here (they wanted me to go back to Pembroke), they eventually relented and made an appointment for me to have it done here in Plymouth this morning. I showed up on time, after spending 20 minutes emptying out my car. They immediately tried to upsell me on the detailing ("it's just another $99"). I then explained to them that I live locally, but I don't have other transportation and would need a ride, to and from my house. They said that they don't do that. If the free detailing is an incentive for you to consider King Collision, go to Sullivan Brothers Collision, in Kingston, or somewhere else instead. King Collision makes your "free" detailing VERY difficult to obtain....oh, and Sullivan Brother Collision provides courtesy rides (or loaners) for collision work AND detailing !
