After setting up an appointment on their website, I called and left a message to update my appointment date. Chris called back within 15 and gave some great info on the process and what they offered. He and Anthony arrived on time on the date selected and did and absolutely *amazing* job on my black Tesla (including addressing a spot on my hood where I was a little too aggressive using a clay bar for the first time). Truly, it looked like a completely new car by the time they were done. I didn't even want to step back into it to pull it back into the garage! Chris (the owner) and his nephew, Anthony, just left. They did an amazing job. They were personable/friendly, but not too much so; they were focused on getting the job done, which I appreciated. My car looks amazing - like it did when I first bought it. I can't quite get over the trunk and cupholders.
