Pizza good. Staff professional service is average Ambiance well band was ok. Thy place is so smoky omg it hits you the face. I couldn't stay. It's Smokey smells like ash tray. I am giving this 4 stars because of the steak night special. For under $20 you get salad, 2 red potatoes, 1 corn, and a huge ribeye. This was so much food and steak was done nicely. However, you need to know where you are going. If you're looking for a hole in the wall, this is it. The downfall is this place is SMOKEY! I feel like I smoked a pack of cigarettes just by sitting in there and I do not smoke. This is a dive bar my in-laws and some of their friends go so we wanted to join them. The service and food was great. Just know the atmosphere before you go. If you're looking for a steak house, this is not it. read more

It's a sleepy old person bar both times I've been in, and it's just what I'm looking for. They've got some shuffleboard tables and a couple of pool tables if that's your thing( I love shuffleboard so it's right up my alley. Coming back again soon for sure. This is a smoking bar but it was not very smokey nor hazy. The server was great. They clean up counters as soon as people leave. Saturday night they had a great band (Pazzaz). Place to dance, place to sit, they have games and parking is free. I will definitely go back. 4 star only because the smoking. read more

We came in around 8:45 pm. Waited for about 15 minutes for a table. I like the idea of each person has their own hot pot. The chicken and beef are very tasty. Veggies are very fresh. Server is very prompt. Business is busy. But the restroom is not very clean. read more

Place stinks but not of cigarettes but of all fart dippers. Bartender at night is rood to non-locals, she uses the word F*** in every sentence. The 510 Bar is the place H meets up with his buddies every Friday night for their weekly "meeting". Sometimes, I go with him. This bar is a certified dive. Being in Katy, they let you smoke inside so be prepared to walk into a wall of smelly stale cigarette eau de toilette. They have the usual video games & the boys can be found around the back tables near the golf game. There's a couple pool tables & a shuffleboard table. The bartenders are awesome, quick to refill a drink & run it by your table. The drinks are cheap which keeps a regular crowd of bar flies happy. Dive, nice staff & cheap drinks. Local dive bar that caters to the older crowd. Kind of dark, smokey and depressing. That being said it does have some redeeming quality's. The drinks are very inexpensive and the bartender is friendly. On Saturday evenings they have a steak special. We have only been once and it was on a Saturday night. All the regulars were raving about the steak special. I was a little skeptical at first, plus the smoke was killing me. I don't really enjoy dining when everything smells like an ashtray. But I was starving and the steaks really did look good. $12 will get you a salad, corn on the cob, baked potato and one of the best ribeyes you will ever eat. The steak was fork tender. I don't know what they use for a marinade but the flavor was fantastic. If only they had outside seating I would be here every Saturday night. Next time I may see if I can get one to go. read more

Old people's hangout. There is a coming of age issue with a bartender here if you know what i mean. We have been regulars for a few months. Tonight around midnight we were denied entry because... god knows why. The feeble excuse was that the front bumper scratched the parking block (is a low clearance to a sedan) and that i slid thru the door entering (whatever that means). Go figure. read more

This is definitely a local dive bar. Older crowd (late 40's - 50's) on the night I went. They did have a live band, which was okay, but the bar itself was very smoky. A complete turn off for me. Everyone seemed nice enough, but the patrons were a bit questionable, chicks a bit on the trashy side and a few bikers to round out the group. read more

Yeah, its a dive bar with a older clientele, but so far my favorite place in Katy. Nothing special, but the service/management is good, seems safe and the crowd seems pretty well classic. A bit on the small side though, could use a stage for live music as well.. read more

Dive-ish local pub with live music and a cool staff. Very inexpensive, laid back crowd. A bit smoky, but it is a bar.

This is our favorite bar. Bartenders are awesome; they remember your name and your drink. And if they don't know your name, they ask. Yes, it has a few bikers - we are a couple of them. Came here for the first time today, read some reviews so a friend I decided to give it a try. We called ahead of time about the happy hours, over the phone we are informed margs are $2. We arrive a very old crowd, not a very welcoming at all. It's a Monday night so not too many ppl were there so the reasoning behind us waiting on service was a little ridiculous. We ordered 2 margs and were informed they were $2.50 and they didn't have any flavors but margarita and didn't have frozen ones. We ordered them anyways only to over hear the bartender make remarks ( not professional what so ever) about what we ordered lol it was crazy. To top it off they didn't check IDs. While the people inside commented on how "young" my friend and I looked (even though we are well over the age of 25) not saying this place is bad but I won't be attending ever again. Karaoke on Tuesday's run by an Elvis impersonator, pool, shuffleboard and Farkle (WTF IS FARKLE???). bartenders are very friendly and the locals seem quite tolerant of the outsiders jukebox choices. Food is available by ordering from other establishments in the area (they have the menus) and they all seem happy to deliver. read more

Great service!!! Stacie, our waitress kept the drinks flowing like Speedie Gonzaz 2 nice, well maintained coin op pool tables, with decent house cue sticks. They had a steak dinner available, but we already ate, so we passed, but it smelled great. They have a jukebox with a nice selection of tunes. We will be back! read more

Dive Bar that had great music but the worst staff I have ever come across (at least two of them). Get over your personal issues ladies and treat your bosses customers with respect. I enjoyed the place (my first time in) and enjoyed the music. I was also considering a party there but will no longer as a result of the unwarranted treatment I received from the staff. Was here a few weeks ago on a Monday night and within 5 minutes I had to leave. The smell was what I noticed first, much more than a typical smokey bar smell (I can deal with that). It was a musty smell that made me not want to touch anything. I sat at the bar and noticed that not much was going on, the dozen or so people in the place all seemed bored. The bartender was in the back at the jukebox and did not notice when I walked in, when I sat at the bar or that I had been waiting for those 5 long minutes. I could feel the depression trying to overtake me and escaped quickly, otherwise I might have been trapped there like the other poor souls on that Monday night. read more
