After speaking with several people, eventually we got to Lucas who facilitated the refund. He advocated for us and even went to the trouble of calling us back after he was able to secure the refund. We appreciate his help and empathy in resolving this issue.

They've burned through countless employees for the most asinine reasons which makes for poorly trained new staff that are attempting to manage the work loads during the busy seasons, if the turnover rate is high, look to high ups- thats where the issue is. The management values profit over the customer's concerns (as seen on yelp and google reviews) refunds are hoops to jump through, rather than make it right, the customer has to spend weeks going back and forth to get a possible store credit back even at no fault of their own and its horrible practice. This place could do amazing if they would just bother taking in some feedback and establishing better relationships with their customers rather than only focusing on the money they can make off of them.
