Avoid This Place at All Costs…read more If I could give zero stars, I would. Took my truck in for what should've been a straightforward tire job, and it turned into a 3.5-hour nightmare. First, they installed balancing beads instead of properly balancing the tires. Now my truck wobbles so bad it's unsafe to drive. Second, they didn't even put on the tires I ordered--they used something completely different. Different brand, different specs, just wrong. To make things worse, they scratched all four of my rims. Not small scuffs--noticeable, careless damage. They also tried to take a tire off my trailer and couldn't even get it off the rim. I had to watch them struggle and fail while my whole afternoon was wasted. No professionalism, no attention to detail, and clearly no idea what they're doing. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Cons: -None. Besides no free Wifi. My cell service is apparently weak in here when I was waiting. If you fail smog test, that is not the responsibility of the business owners that failed you. It's more so that your car needs further service/maintenance in order to pass Smog which will definitely cost extra above the Smog Test Service. If you need to re-do again, it'll be half off the Smog Test to see if you will pass the second time within a 30-day period prior your first day service. Now the question is, will I be back? Most definitely, and will prolly check out their new location at Tazz Auto Car Smog for my next Smog Test.

I had gone to them about 15 years ago, when they were at a different location, and when our previous family mechanic (now deceased) couldn't help us with a specialty situation, I thought of them. Randy and Gary have always taken excellent care of us. Anything from a routine oil change to major engine and transmission repair. They can even match or beat the lower tire prices around town on most occasions, and I feel more comfortable here, because it is a professional atmosphere, you receive an estimate up front, and they have a corporate headquarters to stand behind the work and product. The customer service is amazing as well. I know they care about how they are putting myself and my children back out on the road in our vehicles!
