Nope, they said, "Get the car over to us now and we will get it fixed before we close". When I pulled in I found a parking lot packed with cars, evey bay in the shop was full, but yet after GHAC replaced 2 belts, I was back on the road by 5:15 pm. Wow, talk bout EXCELLENT customer service!!! The team at GHAC were very professional and courteous. I will definitely use GHAC in the future and refer this shop to everyone I know.
