I tried to get a response from the text chain that was initiated when I booked the appointment, called 2 different phone numbers I could find online and emailed as well. No response. Then 3 hours later they get back to me and I asked that they still come. The issue with my car was concerning back brake lights that would not turn off and were draining the battery. The mechanic inspected and diagnosed that I needed my brake light switch replaced (also back brake light bulbs were burned out). He quoted me $420-$460 to fix it (that price included the $140 inspection and fuel surcharge fee). That sounded crazy to me so I just paid the $140 base fee said forget it, don't do the repair. I did some research on YouTube and checked out the situation myself, and it turned out to be just the rubber bumper piece that depresses the switch that had rotted and I was able to replace it with a bolt and washer I had on-hand for free. And anyway, if it had been a bad switch, that part only costs $10-$20. I'm pissed that the guy was going to over-charge me and I can't help but think it was because I'm a woman.

With in seconds she came back with a complete out the door price i agreed and she informed me they would be at the location by 8:30 the next day. Next moring at aproximately one hour before appointment she called to inform me they had arrived and said to come on in Service time was no longer than an hour to max hour and half with complet 4 tire removal replacement mounted ballanced and a full synthetic oil change added. This is my 5 th vehicle i have had serviced here and have the others serviced regular as well. The people are great and Staff is on point. as far as previous one star reviews well maybe you should try a little respect and understanding even ive had a couple of issues that came up but a call and explain the issue they was always understanding and asked to come back and corrected any issues with no problems. My transmission gave out in Covington as I was traveling to Dallas Texas in my camper van. It was a…read moreFriday night so I had to wait until Monday for the transmission shop to re-open however the guys all seemed to know what they were doing, talked the good talk, and they quoted a price that I thought was reasonable. They were not able to get the car completed on Monday so they paid for my hotel on Monday night; then they couldn't get it done on Tuesday so they paid my hotel Tuesday night. I thought that would be the end but then the computer would not be programmed, they had to take it to Memphis, and they paid for my hotel room on Wednesday. The car was ready on Thursday afternoon and I have been driving it for the past three days. So far so good. The work is guaranteed for two years and I will go back to Covington in May just to have them check it out. Please note that the address listed in yelp is incorrect. They are down closer to the old downtown area; W. Pleasant Ave and Hwy 51.
