    Death Wobble problem in Jeeps

    Bottom line - Carvana thinks it's OK to sell a car that is unsafe to drive. My 2021Jeep delivery was delayed by 10 days because of "tire issues." Within 10 days of driving it I experienced the dreaded "Death Wobble," as serious shaking of the vehicle that could cause it to flip. At best, it caused you to have to come to a complete stop on the highway before it will stop. Two different shops stated the tires were the problem. The warranty company denied the claim because they don't warranty the tires (wearable). What was Carvana's response to selling me a vehicle that won't flip over without $1400 in tires? We can't do anything about that.

    In ignition key that they only gave me no lock

    Worst cards to buy! I bought it expecting a two day delivery. It got postponed a week then once I receive the car, they didn't give me keys to actually unlock the vehicle so I called. They said they extended my seven day warranty, which they never did then they told me to go through the warranty company to get a replacement for the keys no warranty company did the keys so I was gonna have to pay out-of-pocket for the keys that they never gave me on the first day. They gave me the ignition keys, but they never gave me a key to actually unlock unlock the vehicle so the first day I locked the vehicle from the inside and then could not get back into it so I had to call a locksmith to unlock the vehicle, which I had to pay for since it was the first day in the seven day warranty didn't show up yet! Then I was going to get it fixed and pay out-of-pocket. It would cost me $400 but before I actually got it fixed it broke down leaving me stranded on the middle of the highway with three kids.

    They led me through the whole process. Documents, cashier's check and a final green light from an underwriter. I even was sent a congratulation, your vehicle is on the way email. The day before delivery I was notified that my order was terminated with no explanation. They gave a number reason why it could be. But, nothing definite. Don't trust them and go to an actual dealership.

The service manager (Abdul) came out personally to greet customers, and when I shared my concerns, he made sure I was fully taken care of.     This is a dishonest dealership with Bait-and-Switch Pricing…read more I recently attempted to purchase my mom a vehicle from this dealership and was completely disappointed by their dishonest sales tactics. They advertised a 2025 Honda Accord Hybrid online with an Internet Price of $35,410--including a listed dealer discount--but when I got to the dealership, they claimed the price was $36,925, conveniently ignoring their own advertised discount. This is a classic bait-and-switch move to lure in customers with lower prices only to push a higher price once you're there. Even when I showed them proof of the online price, they were unwilling to honor it, offering no reasonable explanation. If you value transparency and honesty, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. There are plenty of dealerships that won't waste your time with misleading advertising.
