Nightmare from the start. Making promises they don't keep, installers they must have hired from the street & owner "Giovana" who cannot even step up and take responsibility for her companies screw up's. Giovana obviously could give a rats ass about her customers!!! That has been made clear from the start. As you can clearly see on the few reviews that she did take time to reply on, she just makes excuses and turns the story around and around to get out of her company screw ups! Oh, they are very good about convoluting , diverting and claiming false statements about what's really going on as well. I could go on & on, but all the reviews pretty much cover what my friend is going through. Ps. I've been in the remodel business for over 20 years.... I've never seen such a pathetic company like this be able to stay in business. 1. Seam looks like 2 school kids did it with a plywood cutting saw!!! ( terrible chips and jagged edges filled with caulk to try to hide ) Didn't even use the proper equipment on the joint and just had 2 guys get at the end and just push it together. GOOD LORD!!! This is 2024 , they have all sorts of technology & equipment out there. You should barely see the seam! 2. Faucet placed wrong so you can't even turn the handle all the way back because it hits the window sill to get stream of hot water. 3. Sink cut-out is not square / overhang in sink is not consistent and.. Chef Sink accessories won't even fit! 4. They didn't use the under mount sink kit that came with the sink. There are gaps where the sink meets the countertop and water can easily get through there and leak into the cabinet. They sent a guy out to look at everything and he agreed that it was terrible workmanship and should have been done without a Seam. Then, they sent another guy out making me think that he was going to address all of the issues. Come to find out, he was strictly sent with instructions to "patch" the seam although the company was fully aware of the multitude of issues as listed above. The gentleman even shared that he makes them pay him in full ahead of time because "he knows he's going to get paid that way" . He agreed that it would be a waste of time for him to patch up the shoddy seam since so many other issues are existing. Of course this all got turned around by a Giovana as "the worker was restricted from doing the work" ! The request was made for Giovana to come out herself to assess and see what a mess her company had made, her response was that she doesn't come to the homes and that also, " any further trips out will require a trip charge because of the previous trips" She is now sluffing this off as a " Cambria" warranty issue !!! This is preposterous!!!!! ****Not sure if others have retained an attorney to make things right, but my friend is definitely going that route now. People need to speak up and put these people out of business so that future unsuspecting customers won't have to endure this nightmare. This is my first review of many to be posted. Junior came out and met with us and somehow managed to translate my insane ramblings about shadowboxes and faux islands into exactly what I was wanting. He was able to make some recommendations for things I would have never even thought of (moving our stove down a few inches for extra drawers and building our fridge into the cabinets so we have more over fridge storage) and had our drawings to us immediately. He was up front about the pricing and we were able to pick and choose from options that met our needs but kept us within budget. The only real snag we hit was when my husband decided to go out on his own for places to buy granite from, but once we shopped from the list that Junior had given us things went a lot smoother. I was impressed with how organized everything was throughout the entire planning process. Junior gave us a timeline on when our work could begin and things went according to plan. The crew was friendly and worked really hard, they kept things as neat as you can expect from a kitchen remodel. Given everything I hear from other folks that have done kitchen remodels, I was braced for a lot of pain and delays, so I am pleased to report that things actually went faster than expected once I understood that the granite takes about a week to have cut after the cabinets are installed. He asked me to send pictures and measurements and that he would be out the next day. 30 mins before he was suppose to be there, he called with a price over $9000 the highest estimate that I received. We talked about differences, and I mentioned that we had terrazzo so we did not want tile. He did not know what terrazzo was. I told him thank you, I was not interested in the estimate and hung up. I am sorry but if a estimator/designer in FL does not know what terrazzo is, I have issues since this is the most common flooring that was used in the older homes.

Their supply was low and there was some items with no price stickers. I looked around for an employee, but no one was in this particular section. After a few moments of looking at 2 different options, I decided to just grab one particular salad spinner and made my way to the checkout counter. I handed the lady my $10 off $30 coupon and am now an owner of a salad spinner. I will be back as this is the closest Bed Bath & Beyond location to my place.
