I only learned about Acupressure Massage & Reflexology after a not-so-fantastic Yelp Elite event at Clean Your Dirty Face (CYDF) located in the same strip mall. Please read my review to learn more about that experience. Interestingly enough, I saw postcards for CYDF at Acupressure Massage & Reflexology, offering free facials to anyone who wanted one, so that offer wasn't just for Yelp elites. When I wrote that CYDF felt gimmicky and like a multi-level marketing scheme, I suppose I was onto something. CYDF offers a 3-minute $20 massage as a facial add-on. I recommend skipping CYDF if you want a massage or a relaxing experience and going to Acupressure Massage & Reflexology instead. You'll get a lot more for your money here. I will be back to Acupressure Massage & Reflexology whenever I'm in Rochester and need a massage.

It started with a cleansing in warm water followed by an intense reflexology to the feet and ankle. To conclude, a hot towel at the bottom of the feet. The place is quiet, and squeaky clean.
