Sheri R. - in response to your review, the unfortunate side of Yelp is dealing with the negative bullying allowed by persons like you. 5in1Fitness has always dedicated its business practices to what is the safest way to train in a gym. Prior to your dismissal- we approached you and asked you not to train other members in the gym. It is industry practice to not allow outside trainers teach training in their facility due to liability issues of the trainer not being certified or insured to give instruction. It has never been about the money for our Nordstrom's approach to customer service. 5in1 Fitness observed you instructing one of our members improperly on how to do exercises more than once. We had to step in and stop your training before you hurt someone. Let me be clear- you never preformed a health history or a professional review of exercise background before you started teaching the people you were exercising with how to do the exercises you were doing. Let me also be very clear - your instruction was unsafe and dangerous!!! You were teaching a very Deconditioned women a unsupported bent over row. This is very dangerous and is an example of why we don't let outside instruction take place in our gym. Upon confronting you and informing you that your membership was terminated due to not following gym rules, your irrational aggressive yelling in the gym, that you are going to destroy our business and you couldn't wait to tell everyone was a perfect example of using Yelp as a bullying tool. There are two sides to every story. We offer the lowest prices for training in the area. Every membership includes two free training sessions with a trainer. We are always staffed to answer your questions and help you with your fitness goals. Unfortunately you were caught breaking the rules more then once. We kindly asked you not to workout with more than one friend in an day for the reasons listed above. Love this gym.The owners are personable and really care about their clients.They are experienced and know their business .They work hard at making it a friendly and welcoming environment where all people of all fitness levels feel comfortable .The gym is spotless and the equipment is very nice.I just started working out there and love it.If you are looking for a gym then this should be your go to place in Post Falls. Another plus is that they also have different plans you can sign up for ,so this can work for anyone...Go in and check it out! Interesting I did read the not recommended reviews and I wonder why Yelp won't post those...Then I see it is a pay to play and unfair and unbalanced approach and I think Yelp is not a good venue..Looking for reviews of businesses just go in yourself and see ...Most of these people that write bad reviews are keyboard cowboys! I've been going to anytime fitness for 7 years and its very boring. Now there's a new club in town called 5 in 1 fitness. They just opened up a few weeks ago and they are far superior for a person who is serious about working out. People who just want a average gym then anytime is good enough but very expensive. If you really want to get in shape then try 5 in 1 fitness. They have Superior equipment, top notch training professionals and just an A+ facility. You can't go wrong with 5 in 1 fitness. I'm training there now and can't say enough about how I enjoy the gym. I'm like a kid in a candy store again with different kinds of fitness machines. Love it. A++++++++ read more

5in1Fitness is a fantastic facility! It is equipped with state of the art weight and cardio equipment as well as plentiful dumbells, plates, barbells, benches, and power racks. The facility is well maintained as I have yet to see the dreaded "out of service" tag in the nine months I've been a member and it is by far the cleanest gym I've ever been a member of in over 40 years. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the personal trainers will assuredly help you reach your fitness goals! I have worked out at a lot of gyms and 5 in 1 Fitness is by far the best one in town! They have every piece of equipment you could possibly want and everything is kept clean and in great condition, they also have a lot of different membership options for pretty much all ages and skill levels. The owners are SUPER experienced and knowledgeable in all different forms of fitness and are happy to give you advice or guidance even if you aren't training with them. These people have created a super comfortable gym environment and I highly recommend their facility to anyone looking for an AWESOME local gym! read more

I've been working out off and on For most of my life had good and bad trainers, when I walked in and met Bob for the first time, I was impressed, I've been working with Bob for four weeks now, and I can honestly tell you " When it comes to lifting crap, Bob knows his shit" The best part is he teaches you to do it correctly, and watches for limitations so you don't hurt yourself, but pushes you when you need it. Affordable, clean and well kept gym. From the moment you walk in it feels like home. Everyone from the owners to the members greet you with a smile and a friendly welcome. Both trainers Bob and Shon are very educational and always willing to answer a question. No matter your fitness level they make everyone feel welcomed and important. 5 in 1 Fitness is a great gym!! Lots of free weights and a variety of cardio equipment. One of the things I love about this gym is I don't feel like I am competing for equipment, there is always something available!
