THE BEST! I had this company pick up furniture that I bought online and deliver it to my home. I was amazed by the care they took! They wrapped each piece so there was no possible way anything could get damaged. Then they padded the molding and wall surrounding the door to the room where they were placing the furniture. It looked like they were moving their own possessions into their own house - they were that careful! Working with the owner. Marcus, was a pleasure. He was so accommodating! if I could give them a minus 1, I would This move was a nightmare. Trust me, stay clear of this company. I asked the owner, Marcus to come out to see how much stuff I had so he could give me a price estimate. He said "I don't do that ". Instead, he asked me to send pictures, which I did. From the photos and FaceTime walk through he said "no problem. I asked for a price he said "I charge by the hour, but $1500 will be plenty". The day of my move he called me and said his cousin had passed and he would not be able to drive. That he would call me back. I asked him if there was another person who could be assigned to drive the truck because my house had been sold & I had to move immediately. He rescheduled me to the next day & said he would discount my price due to the one day loss. My realtor was able to get another day for me in the house from the new buyers. I told him when he pulled up to my house that his truck was way too small for my move. He brushed me off and said, you will see it will all fit. It did not. I moved a total of 36 miles. Because the truck was too small, They had to make 3 trips and it took two days to move. I even had to help move stuff because we were on a time crunch. They backed over the lamp in the front yard of the new house (which he did have repaired). It was raining the day we moved (not the day it was originally scheduled though, that day it was dry), they had nothing to put down on the floor & so they destroyed the new carpet I had just replaced in the house (which I had just sold) so I of course, had to pay to have the carpet cleaned which I deducted from his remaining balance he wanted me to "split the cost". The night of the first day, he argued with me trying to get me to pay him in full for "the hours he had worked that day & trust that he would return in the morning to finish the job. I refused and instead gave him $2000 and told him the balance would be paid when the move was complete. He ended up charging me $3200 for the move...which I paid, even though I probably should not have. No discount was given as he had promised. i have moved across country and it never cost me this much, or came with so much drama. Trust me... Take a hard pass on this company read more
