Read the reviews and had super high hopes! Thought we would be having "the best pizza in town". Unfortunately; this was not that. We ordered from DoorDash tonight, paid the express to make sure it came extra hot. It was not. Even got a side of the potato wedges, paid the 8 bucks thinking we'd get a good amount; we did not. $43 dollars for Luke warm pizza and wedges, after paying for express delivery. Not too happy right now. Pizza looked very good! But it tasted just like an average pizza. It reminds us of any other pizza place in town. Same boring flavors. Sauce tasted like any other sauce. Cheese wasn't really flavorful, just tasted like any other melted cheese. The crust had a nice softness with a light toasty crunch. But again; no flavor. The ranch helped out, but even that truly didn't taste homemade. More like hidden valley. If you like that, that's fine, but once you've had ranch made in house, you can't go back. Wedges were ok, but certainly not enough for the $8 price tag DoorDash is pushing out to the customers. I'm just disappointed. Can you tell? Maybe things would be different if we went there instead. So maybe out of anything you take from this, if you're not next to this establishment, don't order delivery. Go pick it up instead. Maybe you'll have better luck than we did tonight. You'll thank me and so will your wallet/purse.

Very good value for the price. We stopped in and ordered takeout. It was fast and hot. We had the combo, loaded with toppings. The crust is not quite pan but definitely not thin crust. The sauce is good, tomatoey and slightly sweet. I would order again.

Food is Amazing!!! You always hope for reviews to be trusted but sometimes you don't know, well with those place you can't go wrong with the majority of the reviews because food is great. I ordered as recommended the chicken tikka masala pizza but went with the cauliflower crust and was a winner!!! The pizza is full with toppings and the flavor is to die for. Please go try them out you will love it too.

5 star pizza knows their pizza. A pizzeria which has a great atmosphere plus crisp pizza. The crust is fluffy as a cloud. My brother only eats Pizza and he approves this message. " the pizza taste delicious " Along with the pizza we ordered a 5 star combo which has an assortment of toppings which tasted really fresh . After reviewing Yelp reviews 5 star Pizza caught my attention. I was really hoping to experience their pizza , but unfortunately when calling in order I was placed on hold for 10 minutes. Then after trying to call back (maybe they forgot me ? ) multiple times there was a no answer then the last try I got an answer then I was hung up on .... Maybe they are having phone issues ? Went to Visalia with fiance to pick up her wedding dress, We found this place on yelp. We were immediately greeted by the owner who was very friendly and made us feel welcomed! Finally! A worthy pizza place in the Visalia area!! This pizza is awesome! Not only is their standard pepperoni pizza amazing, but they have some creative pizzas which blew away my expectations! I highly recommend the Hot Cheetos pizza if you're feeling adventurous. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming which makes the atmosphere feel very homey. Coming from a pizza snob like myself, saying this pizza is delicious and worth every penny is a bold statement, but I mean every word. Walked in mid afternoon one day. No one there except 2 men at a table. Stood at the front counter to place an order. I waited...and waited... and waited. No one came out to take my order although I could detect a man and woman in the back. One of the men at the table called out a woman's name, but still no show. I wanted to like the place but first impressions stick. Left and will not be returning. Therefore 5 star gets one star. read more

I was craving pizza, which I only have a few times a year, and decided to give 5Star Pizza a try. Once I brought it home and had my first bite I had to call and let the young lady at the counter know how delicious it was. It reminded me of the pizza place we used to get our pizza from when I was a kid it was so good. Traveling through the area and family wanted pizza. We got two mediums for a hungry family of four and had a couple slices left. The meat lovers pizza had plenty of toppings and was a solid choice. Crust was crispy on the bottom and chewy inside. We also tried the chicken tikka masala pizza. Was pretty tasty and had a nice flavor and had plenty of veggies and chicken. The sauce was good but leaked through the box. No stars removed though. Very good choice, if a bit messier than expected. Staff was pleasant both on the phone and in person. We ordered 5 star pizza this evening for the first time. Wow, this is delicious pizza and we have discovered our new favorite pizza place. Both My husband and I are so happy - he ordered pepperoni and I ordered the veggie pizza - it really was full of fresh flavor the crust was fluffy and yummy. Normally we only eat 2 pieces - but tonight we had to eat 3. A bonus - all the staff was friendly and helpful - our delivery girl was so sweet and respectful. WOW WOW WOW!!! I really wish I could give 10 stars. Probably the best pizza I've ever had. The chicken was so tender and it wasn't processed at all. It is fresh white meat. I created my own: mushrooms, olives, tomatoes, chicken & cilantro. It gives a nice kick! Even ordering the pizza was easy and the girl who helped me was friendly & fast. The delivery guy was so nice, he even mentioned he's been doing this for 14 years. He must really love his job, you can tell. I've been eating Me 'n Ed's since I was a kid....saw their Mooney location got 2 stars so I looked up other reviews and thought I'd try 5 star since people left amazing reviews. Update.... Went to pick my pizza an the added a new flavor. Hot Cheetos pizza! I made a comment that is one I will try next time. The owner said they had just made one for themselves and insisted I have a piece. Begrudgingly I did and yes....it was pretty darn good. If you like cheese and hot cheetos you are going to like this. As always, 5Star pizza is a great pizza and the crust is awesome. This is also a great leftover pizza and the crust does not turn into cardboard. Make this one of your go to pizza places. read more

This pizza restaurant was highly recommended to Mike and me. So today, we decided to try it out. We ordered for take-out the pizza, chicken and potato wedges. It was delicious; the chicken was well done, the pizza had a good crust that I love and my husband certainly enjoyed the potato wedges! We will certainly be ordering pizza from this place again! To be fair, the restaurant was packed when we visited, and I had placed an online order, so they were clearly busy. However, it took quite a while for anyone to assist us, and the overall food quality simply didn't meet our expectations. My daughter had received a $25 gift card to Buffalo Wild Wings, which is what brought us in. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we don't see ourselves returning. We left disappointed with both the food and the service.

She said she could get it for us and seemed fine to do so, but again I felt dumb because I watched her walk over and grab the pizza box and a to-go container for the salad that was right next to it. I feel like there should maybe be more communication like "go ahead and help yourself to soda or I'd be happy to refill your drinks for you" and "I can get you a to-go box if any are needed", you know something along those lines. Even a sign above the soda machine and to-go containers would work so staff doesn't have to tell each customer. We were kindly acknowledged by one of the other servers as we were walking out which was nice. The restaurant is comfortable with large tables with a bar that is in the corner so you don't have to listen to loud drunk people.

5 Star Pizza is a family friendly place, where they welcome you with smiles and you feel their warm welcoming. The inside is clean and the workers are so nice and friendly. The pizza's are so good like beyond good. I used to be a huge fan of Little Cesar's or Pizza Hut, but they change my taste. Now whenever I want pizza's like their Hawaiian or their specials they have going on I have to order from them. No other Pizza place can change my mind, I have to get theirs only. Especially when I order for delivery the delivery man always brings my Pizza early than the time they say. I don't have to wait like other Pizza deliveries where they say a time and they come so late. Their delivery guy works really hard and make sure to satisfy you by coming early or on time.
