The Korean ladies did a pretty good job. Their massaging wasn't great. My complaint is the quality of the polish, specifically the basecoat and the topcoat were apparently subpar. Eileen and her staff do a great job doing manicures and pedicures. They get the job timely and it's a very relaxing atmosphere.

We initially tried to schedule an appointment for 4:15. The woman we spoke with said she was too busy and that it would need to be either 4:30 or 5:00. However, when we walked in at 4:15, the salon was completely empty. When asked what services I wanted, I began to explain that I wanted acrylic nails, but before I could finish my sentence, she cut me off and told me they do not do acrylic. I then explained that I wanted a French tip and that I would need tips added to my natural nails. After applying the tips, she asked how long I wanted them. She cut my pinky to the correct length but left all the other nails noticeably longer. When I mentioned that I didn't like how much white was showing, she told me it was because my nail beds were "too small" and insisted she cut them exactly how I asked. I've had many French tips done before and have never once been told my nail beds were too small. At that point, I decided to switch to a colored dip instead. Halfway through the service, she had my daughter and me switch seats. My daughter noticed that the same nail file was being used on both of us rather than switching files, and the technician never used a buffer to smooth the surface of our nails. This morning, I also noticed that my thumb nail is crooked and already chipping, even though we just went last night. I did not use any chemicals or do anything strenuous that would cause this. The technician told me that if anything was wrong with my nails, it was my fault because I chose to have tips added instead of using a "full artificial nail," which I have never heard of. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this salon. Save your time and money. read more

I got the 2nd tier level pedicure here (lavender scented), after a week in the hospital and needed a little extra TLA. The place was very calming and quiet. I told the pedicurist that I was a little shaky from the new medication and she was extra gentle and careful, and the massage was just what I needed. Not my favorite nail spa. The employees were very cold. The water for my pedicure was super cold and I had to ask them to warm it up, to which then it was too hot. Who knew warm water was so hard to achieve. I had a shellac manicure that was not at all chipped and was 8 weeks old. After one week my nail is chipped from this place. It also took almost two hours for a regular pedicure and shellac mani. Not to mention the pricing was a lot more than I have had to pay elsewhere. What happened when I went into this business, literally had me upset for almost 24hrs after my appointment. I called this salon at 2:34 pm and asked, if there was a time and the availability for a Shellac Manicure AND Pedicure with two nail repair or overlay on my toes. I was given an appointment time of 4:30 pm. I arrived about 10 minutes early, there were three nail techs and one patron getting her toes polished. Just like in another review, the look I got when coming in the salon was very disturbing and disheartening, all three women looked bewildered! The ONLY reason I even choose this business was because of the REVIEWS and my long time nail tech Cindy no longer works nearby in this area where I live, so this has been my first attempt to find another AWESOME tech like her after the pandemic. I'm in my 40's and have encountered anything like I did yesterday. So, I proceeded to state I was there for my 4:30 appointment and Eileen (owner) asked my name. She then started to say, "okay a pedicure and manicure" and I said, "Yes, a Shellac Manicure AND Pedicure with two nail repair or overlay on my toes". Eileen then told me, "THEY DIDN'T HAVE TIME FOR BOTH AND SHE CAN ONLY DO A PEDICURE, and that I didn't state I wanted both done". I said I did ask for both and with Shellac. Eileen said she can do either one or the other, I chose the pedicure. And, I'm thinking to myself who only gets a pedicure and not their nails done, especially in 2021! She told me to sit in chair #2 and handed me the Shellac colors, never filled it with water so I could soak, I couldn't turn on the chair massaging options and was never even asked if I wanted any certain pedicure package and had minimal conversation. I work in Law Enforcement/Corrections, I'm on my feet for long periods so when I get pedicures, I LIKE to get the best package. About 20 mins into the pedicure a white husband and wife walk in and Eileen was ecstatic, tells them to have a seat in chair #3 & #4, tells them long time no see, ask them if they were fully vaccinated yet (hell I've been FULLY vaccinated for months) they say half vaccinated and then she ask "WHAT SPA PACKAGE WOULD YOU LIKE AND NAMES ALL THE FLAVORS", I thought she was finally asking me and she said, "No, I wasn't talking to you, we don't have time for that". I was livid! At that moment I knew I was definitely getting treated DIFFERENTLY! I did not get any CUTICLE treatment, it was rushed and then she had audacity to ask if I wanted extra callous removal for more money. I paid $72 dollars for the worst salon experience in my life! I guess the great reviews are only from "certain" people. Only, nice thing was the leg massage, hence the one star. I will let ALL the people I know of my experience at this business. read more

In love with my tips/dipped powder. I rarely get my nails done, and I was clueless on what I needed. Eileen made sure to explain everything, and recommended the perfect style. Don't go here! My sister and law and I went for pedicures. They rushed through them and were very aggressive to the point where we were both in pain. They didn't use sanitized tools (while I was leaving I saw the lady grab my container of tools she just used in me on the next lady). They also used a "cheese grater" on my sister in law; which are illegal to use in Colorado. They didn't even wear gloves. I appreciate the extra level of concern for safety AND my fingers and toes look great! At first I was a little nervous to come in to get my mani-pedi done during Covid but I'm glad I did! Immediately upon arriving, my temperature was taken with a non-contact thermometer and I was asked to wash my hands before sitting down. Everyone in the salon was wearing a mask, the desks and chairs were safely spread out, they provided hand sanitizer, and I also noticed that they put up clear vinyl screens in between the technicians and the clients at the manicure desks. I did my pedicure first. They had pedicure liners, which made me feel better. I paid attention to see how they clean their equipment after I got up -- The girl who did my toes wiped down and scrubbed my massage chair and foot spa with a disinfecting solution. Before working on my fingernails, my manicurist, Eileen, showed me how they use barbicide solution and a sterilizer machine to disinfect their tools in between uses. I had a lot of questions and concerns when I came in, but felt satisfied by the precautions that this salon is taking to keep people safe. They are very sweet ladies too. Came in for a gel pedi and an acrylic fill with a gel polish. My toes turned out pretty good but it's also a pedicure, not much to mess up there. The girl who did my nails cut me three times-THREE. And my nails look horrible. Not the shape I asked for at all and there's bubbles throughout. I was going to ask her to fix the shape but my fingers are so sore I was honestly afraid to. They also don't even use acrylic. They use acrylic powder but there's no shaping. They do it like a dip powder with super glue on your nail then just dip it in powder. Really bad. Don't come here if you want anything done where they have to take a drill to your nails. read more

Eileen and her team are incredible!! They offer green tea or water upon arrival and even give you a shoulder massage at the end of your manicure (and a great calf massage when you do a pedi)!! I always make an appointment, but it's not as though you won't get in with someone if you don't. Also they NEVER use the drill on your nails, cuticles, etc so the integrity of your nails will stay in tact! This was my dip powder manicure from today, they're gorgeous!
