Now, mind you, she didn't communicate with me what I wanted and in my professional life, you always ask the customer/client what they want from their hair. She never asked me anything other than if I liked that photo which I've posted here. My roots were and still are 3" of grey and she didn't even look at that to tell me if she did the dark streaks yes, it looks like ugly streaks) it would look worse. She went ahead and did this to my hair and then said if I wanted my roots done (after the fact), I would have to pay her another $60.00 when she already had the color mixed in the bowl. That's just absurd, wouldn't you ask the client if they wanted their roots done at the very beginning and then discuss a price? I even let her know my budget was $90.00 before I arrived, she said nothing and then she tried to finagle me out $110.00 after our text messages prior to the appointment. This is not very professional and I hope if you're reading this, never go to Karissa at this salon. She'll do a krappy job then charge you and see if you pay her for her shitty job. I asked her for a refund several times and she ignored/ghosted my messages. I let her know that if she refunded my $90.00 I wouldn't do a c redit card dispute. I gave her until 3pm today (monday, 3/14) and she never responded, I even said I would put a review on Yelp if she ignored me I've gone ahead and called my bank and they said I could dispute the charges and she should have been more professional and honored my request. Another thing, why would I go back to have my roots done, pay her another $60.00 and have her screw that up also? NO WAY, my trust in her is in the toilet. I even gave her a $20.00 tip.....DUMMY ME. She deserves nothing because I have to pay 120.00 to have my hair fixed.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! The store owner is a complete bit$& and doesn't know how to treat its…read morecustomers. I purchased two large bottles (not cheap - paid around $300) of shampoo and conditioner. When I had purchased it, the shampoo was out of stock and I was told it would be in within the next day or two. I called two days later to follow up and was informed that it wouldn't be coming in for another two weeks. I ended up ordering from my old Aveda salon and they were happy to overnight the shampoo and conditioner conditioner for me. So I went back to this salon to return the shampoo that I never received and the bottle of conditioner. The owner proceeded to tell me that I couldn't get a refund and was completely out of line and rude. She basically told me I was having a fit and threatened to call the cops on me and told me to leave her store with no refund. I told her I shopped at her store a lot and wouldn't be coming back and she told me I wasn't special, etc. This woman does not know how to run a business and treat customers. I would HIGHLY recommend that anyone considering this salon bring their business somewhere else because this woman is not deserving of it.
