Prices aren't too extreme for a haircut 50 to 60.00 depending. They do ask for a tip when you pay, I think that's tacky. I know how to tip and if I am happy with my hair experience I will leave one. Nice building, lots of parking. Beautiful shopping area. Easy walk-in salon if you aren't requesting a specific person. Of course friendliness varies person to person, as is life. One stylist was very personable and friendly, one seemed stuffy and arrogant. I'm still searching for a great stylist. Good luck out there.

I stopped by the salon the day before just to ask about a consultation (I didn't see her, the receptionist just told me that Tera will do the consultation), and within 30 minutes, Tera called me and left a voicemail letting me know she had an opening the next day. I really appreciated how proactive she was. During the appointment, she took the time to explain how each treatment works and how to space them out so my hair stays healthy.
