Jen the Frontdesk and Older lady who have long brown hair with Glasses are MOST RUDEST frontdesk personnel I've Met. When I've done my 1st TB test appt. Nurse told me that I don't need to make an appointment to the Frontdesk and I can comeback on Thursday Anytime.. The urgent care in a matter of 12 hours went back on what they said and told us the services were not covered by our insurance!! Avoid this place, this is a money mill, they just want to tell you that you need this and that and it's covered but in reality it's not. Horrible place. They will be reported for unfair billing practices and misleading the care of the patients.
