From the moment I was seen, PA Mavis was incredibly empathetic, attentive, and compassionate; qualities that make a huge difference when you're vulnerable and hurting. PA Mavis truly listened to my concerns, took my pain seriously, and explained the treatment plan clearly. She prescribed an injection with a combination of medications that provided meaningful relief and helped me feel human again. I never felt rushed or dismissed, which unfortunately isn't always the case in urgent care settings. I'm genuinely grateful for PA Mavis's clinical expertise and bedside manner. It was…read moremy first time getting filler and due to a bad experience with a boob job in 2020 I was extremely apprehensive. I wanted to make sure I got the best and felt comfortable. I shopped around did a lot of talking to friends and reading of online reviews until I found myself here. Within 2 mins of explaining to Dr Rendon what I was hoping to achieve I knew he's was the doctor I wanted. Totally spoke my language , agreed that less is more when beginning with fillers and explained to me exactly what he thought we should do. When it was time for my procedure the doctor explained everything he was doing throughout and continued to show me my results as he did the injections so I could decide how I like things and how we should proceed (more filler/or to stop there). He listened to everything I asked for every concern I had or like I didn't like was taken care of happily. He is def not one of those doctors who doesn't like or care for feedback. He cared how I felt what I thought and made me feel that my satisfaction was his top priority. Best part is I look amazing and had zero bruising and minimal swelling. I left looking and feeling more confident than when I walked in. I got exactly what I wanted and can't wait to go back. Highly recommend Dr. Rendon if you're looking for fillers in the AV.

By the time I arrived at ER I was in excruciating pain and at the point of passing out. From ER check-in through X-rays, Ultrasound, and being placed in a room, the care was exceptional. The ER Staff, Doctors, Surgeon, RNs, and CNAs who worked during my time in the hospital were informative, answered all my questions, and truly made me feel valued as a patient in their care. Medications, Vitals, and Follow-ups were handled on time and clearly communicated on the board in my room. Highest level of cleanliness you would expect to find in a hospital. The Pre-Op Experience was meticulous, attention to detail and the Post-Op Care was truly best in class. I was discharged after 3 Days with nothing but a favorable experience. The Staff at this hospital are simply best in class. They really care about their patients. This hospital is a great asset to the City of Palmdale and surrounding communities. Jay Jay

My Mom was taken here on 1/6 only to be discharged without a proper diagnosis. There was no urgency of care/treatment for a biopsy to her liver. They discharged her to "PT" which didn't help. Ultimately we pulled her out and took her down to Cedar Sinai where we immediately seen by oncology and given immediate. I want people to see this so they know who/what to expect if they are reading this in the ER Room. ER Nurse Taylor: Kind and Attentive Jamie from GINP: She had to deliver hard news but you can tell she was limited on what she can say. Dr. Sette, MD: I am not sure why this physician is a resident and allowed to make calls on patients. He showed NO URGENCY to get my Mom treatment. He would do his rounds and always , everything it was an I do not know. Very disappointing bed side manner. Dr. Shafieh Makehei: I know this doctor tried her best but was also limited. She did her best to get answers from Oncology and Dr. Sette but there was just no urgency. Dr. Michael Cohen: Came to my Mom's room without reviewing her chart which baffled me considering she was there for many days. Ultimately my Mom was diagnosed with end stage cancer but not with them. The fact that I took her out of this place and took her to Cedar Sinai gave us two more weeks with her. If you are able to make the drive just do it. Or uber yourself. In 4 hours Cedar Sinai did what it took this place 4 DAYS to do. Think about that. If you're reading this , do what you need to do to get your self to a hospital that will treat you with dignity and urgency. Or it will cost you your life.

Jen the Frontdesk and Older lady who have long brown hair with Glasses are MOST RUDEST frontdesk personnel I've Met. When I've done my 1st TB test appt. Nurse told me that I don't need to make an appointment to the Frontdesk and I can comeback on Thursday Anytime.. So I Came back Thursday and Jen the frontdesk doesn't accommodate me like pushing me away that she think I'm lying and ask n ask more question. And felt very embarrassed . I honestly felt Discriminated. Then when I See the nurse infront of me said YES SHE CAN DO WALK IN. Obviously those Employees have Lack of Communication aswell Hated their Job.
