From the moment I was seen, PA Mavis was incredibly empathetic, attentive, and compassionate; qualities that make a huge difference when you're vulnerable and hurting. PA Mavis truly listened to my concerns, took my pain seriously, and explained the treatment plan clearly. She prescribed an injection with a combination of medications that provided meaningful relief and helped me feel human again. I never felt rushed or dismissed, which unfortunately isn't always the case in urgent care settings. I'm genuinely grateful for PA Mavis's clinical expertise and bedside manner. Got right in to see doctor. Needs were cared for well. My husband and I had a good experience our first visit. So we returned the next week for care of another immediate concern. I would have given this 4 to 5 stars but when I called back to follow up on a simple issue regarding my visit I was very disappointed with how it was handled. I was originally seen for a severe cold and prescribed antibiotics. Easy. Fine. 4-5 stars. The next day my ear became infected, ruptured, and was bleeding from the ear canal! In extreme pain I called them back to seek follow-up advice from the doctor. They said, since the issue was not related, I would have to schedule another consultation and pay again! Not related?!? you think that I just randomly bleed from my ears? You honestly don't think that it's connected to the horrible head cold that I was seen for the previous day?! This place is so cheap! Seriously. all I wanted was a 15 second conversation with the doctor to see if this was something she's heard of and if the antibiotics she had prescribed were sufficient for this new rupture. I usually go to another urgent care place that lost my trust, and I saw great reviews on my web browser for this place. I'm glad I went. No wait. Friendly staff! The doctor was nice but otherwise service was not good. I called in the morning and they scheduled me for 1 PM but when I got there, they said that the doctor was going to lunch so i would need to come back at 2 pm. I did come back because I needed to but they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. I kept asking if it was the correct one and they kept saying yes. I waited over an hour and they hadn't corrected it. They also started ignoring my calls because I would call and they wouldn't answer, but when I would call with a different number, they would answer right away. read more

Visited this office, waited over an hour. The doctor that saw me was I guess a temp doctor according to the staff. She saw me all for 2 minutes. She checked my throat and my ears and prescribed me antibiotics for a sinus infection. I'm known to have sinus infections so the diagnosis wasn't the problem. I don't usually go to the doctor but I went because that morning before I went my sinuses/nasal airway was completely blocked nothing was going in or coming out. I couldn't even push any air through it and I got nervous. Next day, I got pink eye and had to go to a different urgent because this urgent care is closed Sunday's, no problem. I got antibiotics for the pink eye. A week or two later after I've finished the antibiotics for the sinus infection I'm still sick and it's been a month now that I've been sick and a week that I had taken antibiotics. Before I made another trip to urgent care I just so happen to have checked my insurance claims/deductibles. Come to find out this quick urgent care billed me for sitting in their office for an hour, only seeing the doctor for 2 minutes and testing me Covid which they did not. They seriously have the nerve to try and charge people $50+ for their medical records. My friend also dealt with this office and they charged her for a new client office visit and she had been there before.. I don't know what this office is doing but they're billing fraudulent charges to insurance companies for things not performed and not true. I will never go back to this office. I hate having the insurance that I have . I had Kaiser before but unfortunately my job is union and doesn't have a contract with Kaiser. I'd give 0 starts if I could read more
