Everything about this place is better than I expected! From the moment I got there I liked the office manager she was smiling, welcoming and helpful! I looked at the ingredients for the products and I realized they were more herbal and more natural than I thought they'd be. I then had an appointment with the physician assistant and I can tell she genuinely cared. The appointment was not rushed and not salesy at all and she took the time to answer my questions, and discuss my concerns and gave her honest and caring feedback. She went out of her way to educate me. The program is about being healthy (not just losing weight) and I got a lot out of my session! I was planning to compare programs with a competitor I previously used, and 6 Day Weight Loss, hands down is by far the winner! I felt the session with the PA was 10x more helpful than with the salesy appointments I used to have. I end up going with 6 Day Weight Loss and canceling my appointment with the competitor. The vitamin B12 injection I had today was flawless! I barely felt it at all! It was completely smooth. I am mixing the 6 Day Weight Loss program with a meal delivery program (Blue Apron), and WeightWatchers virtual meetings. I'm sure 6 Day Weight Loss is all that you need, but I am taking my weight loss seriously these next 3 months and food delivery and meetings may also help. Another fun thing I found that might help you with weightloss is Oculus Quest virtual reality fitness games (such as Supernatural and Thrill of the Fight games). Although it's always better to get some oxygen, sunlight and do exercise outside with a team, I found virtual reality a fun way to get some exercise in. I agree with some of the criticisms of fitness games, but because of an injury I can't play a lot of sports and I found VR fitness games one thing I can even do sitting down. I highly recommend 6 Day Weight Loss! They are accommodating, caring, and very helpful! They offer vitamins/supplements, medication, injections, and counseling. They have actually stolen 650.00 from me that they admitted to knowing I did not receive services for and lied to me twice and said they would credit my account. Every time I called my credit card company they let me know they have not credited my account. Finally the manager Elaine admitted to me that if they credit my account they will get a bad mark on their end using credit card payments for their business and that's why she didn't go through with the credit but then she said sorry I just thought your credit card company would credit you so I wouldn't have to do it. I told her you can't do that. Then she would just say okay I'm sorry I'll put the credit through today and never does. Now I'm speaking to attorneys to sue them!! I'm also going to report them to the better business bureau and File a report with the FTC and some other organizations. Please be careful! read more

I wouldn't recommend this place. They overcharge and show little consideration for their patients. I raised concerns about my medication because I wasn't making progress for months. I requested a refund, which was denied. Despite my continued advocacy, they only decided to switch my medication after a long delay. In six months, I only met with the nurse practitioner three times. When my dosage was increased, Marlene signed off on it on behalf of Diana Smith, and I didn't meet with her. Despite signing a consent form at the office, they refused to provide my paperwork. The service was poor overall. You're better off getting your GLP-1 medication through your insurance. They overcharge and fail to provide the correct medication or dosage. Some weeks the medication worked, while other weeks it didn't--results were inconsistent. We had agreed to lower my payment in exchange for photos documenting my progress, which I provided, but they still charged me a different amount. Marlene increased my dosage to 12.5mg but later forgot the dose she prescribed. When Stacy administered my injection, I received a lower dose, and Marlene requested proof of what should have been recorded in my chart. I sent her the documentation with her signature. I received my injections in person for the first two weeks, but by mid-August, when I went to pick them up, they only honored two doses, even though August has five weeks. By the week of August 29th, I had no medication, despite having paid for it. When I asked Marlene about the missing medication, she was rude in front of another client, saying, 'I'm irritated with you because my boss thinks I did something wrong.' Yes, you did! You misrepresented the prices and couldn't honor your initial promises. I even provided the photos of my progress as agreed. Due to their poor work ethics, I decided to leave this place. Remember where you started in city of Van Nuys. Please reframe from any HIPPA violations clinic! U deserve no star!!! This place doesn't even provide the correct doses. Some weeks the medication works, and other weeks it doesn't--it's inconsistent and unreliable. It feels like a scam. The clinic overcharges and shows little regard for patients' needs. I have been a patient at the Van Nuys location for over 10 years. Originally I lost 80 lbs when moving to CA from Brooklyn, NY. It took suppressing my appetite and daily walking of at least 2 miles a day. I stopped driving and started taking the bus, it forces you to walk. CHARITO and all other staff are amazing! After 10 years, I still use them to "maintain" my weight - IT WORKS if you include water and walking. Be truthful with yourself and do it for YOU, not others.
