The food came out faster than expected, but waitress was slow throughout. The table ordered: - Guinness and Jameson - corned beef poutine which seemed unique and my brother liked it. - wings - lots of orders of fish and chips. The tartar sauce was good. The slaw portion was small, but really good. The fish and fries were well cooked and tasty. Compared to Sir Edmond Halleys - I would choose here. The food IMO was better, the restaurant isn't as dark, the prices/portions were better, the parking. Situation/lighting is better and the location is in a walkable downtown type area where you can walk off your calories after you eat. Overall: A hidden gem and I will return.

It just had such a great vibe, a true Irish Pub. I ordered the corned beef poutine, which was phenomenal. My husband ordered fish and chips and a Guinness beer and he said it was the best fish he's ever had in his life so we were super happy. Our waiter was Anthony and he was wonderful. He was so pleasant and helpful. He was always there when we needed him with a smile. The only complaint was the fish and chips comes in a basket with wax paper and the wax paper tears while you're eating, and my husband thinks he may have eaten a little bit of the wax paper. Next time he's going to ask for his fish and chips on a plate . I can't wait to go back!

I am a…read more100% service-disabled combat veteran, and the manager, Matt Sigman, forced me, my service animal, and my friend to leave the premises. When I explicitly informed this manager that Copper is a professionally trained service animal, he stated: "I don't care, no animals allowed." Let's be clear: This isn't a "pet" policy issue. This is a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Federal law is not optional, and "not caring" isn't a legal defense. To make matters worse, when I contacted the owners, they dismissed my experience with empty excuses. They even had the nerve to claim their main business is "training dogs"--yet they clearly can't train their own staff on basic federal law or common decency. I am unable to function in society without my service dog. To be humiliated and kicked out of a restaurant for being disabled in service to this country is a disgrace. The ADA has been notified, and I am calling on the community to stand with veterans against this kind of discrimination. They have no business running a public establishment if they refuse to follow the law or respect those who served.

Kristophers... tsk, tsk, tsk…read more We have been going for some years now and always enjoyed the 2-for Tuesdays. Have not been in a couple months and decided to pick up a large??? pie for a friend's gathering last night. I run in to pick up and open to check. Hmmm... I see a medium pizza in a large box, with about half the toppings that's usually on it and more crust than normal. I get it, times are harder and food is getting costly, but changing what you serve your customers is not a way to keep them coming. I would have been willing to pay more for the pie if it would guarantee me the same, satisfying pie I had come to love from this place. Do better or don't do at all

They call it a 1/2 pound burger and it is every bit of that. The burger itself was very juicy and full of flavor. I had a side of Mac n cheese. Some of the bits of it were a little over cooked, but pretty good overall. I might try a different side next time. I sat at the bar since I was by myself. I wish I'd gotten the bartenders name, but she provided the nicest service I've had in a while when eating out. Across the restaurant industry, prices have gone up making it more difficult to eat out. It's nice knowing that not all people in the service industry take their role for granted. It made my rare dining trip out worthwhile. Looking forward to going back out to Mac's next time I'm craving a big juicy burger.

The fried pickles were soggy however it was a Door Dash order so that could have been the issue. The egg rolls were good. The mac and cheese and street corn were both good. The mashed potatoes were okay, but not great. We did not like the beans at all. Tried a bunch of sauces. They didn't come labeled so not sure what we liked. Would definitely go back for the ribs, egg rolls, and mac and cheese!

If you end up having such a great time that you hang late, they don't rush you out or blast "Closing Time" to make things awkward. They're chill and let you finish up at your own pace. The food trucks are hit or miss--sometimes absolutely amazing, sometimes not great--but there's always something happening. There are five businesses inside, so it never feels boring. They host comedy nights, live bands, karaoke, Pokémon events, and board game days/nights, which gives it a cool community vibe. My singular complaint would be when the daylight changes to evening, these awful too-white bright lights come on that make you feel like you need sunglasses and ruin the cozy vibe. They did add some warmer lights around the garage door, but I wish they would change the color of those really bright ones that come on at night. Overall, it's a fun, relaxed place to hang out.
