We moved in expecting a clean, modern space and professional community. What we got was a building overrun with dogs, negligent maintenance, and no regard for tenant health. The picture speak for themselves: dog urine in the elevator, poop in the hallways, and wet paw prints tracked through public areas--sometimes for hours or days with no cleanup from staff. If you're allergic to dogs, have standards for hygiene, or value peaceful, professional surroundings--look elsewhere. I had a severe allergy attack and needed to be rushed to the emergency room after a neighbor aired out a rug from their window, sending dust, fur and allergens directly into ours. There was no warning, no notice, and no accountability. This building is not allergy-friendly, pet-managed, or hygienic. This place was sold as luxury. It's not. It's neglect with polished tile. It was marketed as a modern space for young professionals. But unless your idea of luxury is stepping in dog pee and having your health disregarded, I'd stay far away.

Love the post district! My leasing agent Gabrielle was literally THE BEST, she helped me find the perfect unit! Love being so close to everything and the on site amenities are amazing

We had the opportunity to visit and receive a showing of the apartments and their amenities and I have mixed feelings about. First the positives. It's really close to I-15 which makes it easier to commute to and from SLC. Their living in spaces are a 2 room, 2 bath with an indoor washer and dryer unit and a really nice kitchen. Their 3rd floor amenities are incredible. Their gym is spacious and really well equipped and their pool space is both indoor and outdoor. The balconies are very nice and we met the property owners and they seem kind and open enough to listen to our thoughts. The negatives: when it comes to the bedrooms the blinds don't close all the way and we were able to see into the apartments across and they had a similar issue. There's not much privacy. What seemed to be the master bedroom has a bathroom that you can access via a sliding barn door which will not block out any sound or smells. The closet is also in the bathroom and will most likely gain smells since it's in the bathroom. The elevator to get up and access the building takes at least 15 min to wait for and it seems there's only one and the stairs isn't a very good option since the 2nd floor stairs doesn't seem to be connected to the floor. That's pretty scary. Also the stairwell doors are locked so if you forget your card or badge or whatever you need to access the doors, you're essentially trapped. Also the elevator seems to have locked down at a certain time and we could no longer access it by 9:30ish. People were trapped in the elevator last night from what I heard because the elevator stopped working at a certain time. These are the main concerns I would bring up if I wanted to rent here.

There are few things that's important to me while choosing my ideal apartment. Staff: Even though most of the time people don't need to deal with the leasing off staff besides paying the rent or getting their packages. But Issa and Lani are more than just the leasing office staff, they know which room that you live in, and they welcome you like how your family would do when you get back home. Most importantly I felt free to address any issue or problem I might have, and they are proactive so you don't need to keep following up with them. Cleanliness: Whether the apartment is clean or not is a big thing for me too. Especially the common area and the grass area. Grass is the easy spot to tell whether the apartment staff pay enough attention to keep it clean, especially for apartments that allow dogs. Well it should not be that way, but some dog parents just don't pick up their puppies poop. They always keep the grass clean, and if there's something messy or anything smells bad, they would clean it right away. I know that Traci works really hard to keep everything clean and she does check the building everyday to make sure everything is good. I was also impressed with how quick they are to get the work order done so that I don't have to wait. Last but not the least, if you don't know there are many people got their car broken into in this area. Some apartment might have cameras, but they don't really work sometimes, since most of the time people don't really check that while looking for an apartment. Season by far has the best security and access control that I know in town. All their cameras work. You get what you pay especially for a safe and comfortable place that you can call home. I cannot wait to move back to the seasons next week.

He said the gal will be right with me. The lady in the office was on the phone and didn't even acknowledge I was there. I sat there for about 5 minutes and still no help from her. I was listening in on her phone call and it was all personal. Nothing about business. So I left. The maintenance man asked what is wrong and tried to get me back in. I told him it seemed like her personal call was more important than leasing an apartment to me. I won't recommend this place. I went out of my way and wasted my time to be ignored. I recommend seeing Jordan at the Southpoint location. Very courteous, acknowledged me and helped me right away. Go see Jordan.

It has been 45 days since she moved out, and still no refund. Their extra charges, in addition to the rent, are excessive. I would not recommend this place based on their lack of attentiveness and unwillingness to return your money once they have it. These are bad business practices.

DO NOT RENT AT THIS DUMP! You will regret it. THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE. The Charli is a DANGER,…read moregas leaks, loud partying neighbors, aggressive dog breeds, RANK sewer and trash smells. There so much wrong about the building and management and how lazy they run this joint. Let's start with the bait and switch practices. You're told rent is $xx.xx amount but will find they tack 400 to $500 more a month when you get your first rent statement. They tell you you get a concession but your bill is so absolutely confusing to the point that you just pay it so you don't have to deal with it anymore. Let's talk about the glacier pace they move at once they screw you out of your money... it takes days, nearly a full week to get things fixed. This place leaks every time it rains. Bust out the towels and prepare for a stress nightmare any time there's rain. Up at 3am sopping up water. Report it to management and you get a guy out a WHOPPING WHOLE WEEK later that says they can't find the leak. They pretend to do something and sure enough, when it rains again, your apartment and your stuff gets flooded out. Great work guys. Let's talk about the trash fees. They have garbage pick up Monday thru Friday, or so they say. You pay a fee for this every month. It takes them 4 days to pick up trash. So all your neighbors put out smelly trash in the hall ways and since they say they pick up once a day but really pick up once a week, the whole complex smells like garbage and you get to look at your neighbors rotting trash, CONSTANTLY. Your utility bills go to them first so they can re bill you and add a bunch of BS fees. Some of us have had gas leaks that resulted in having to call paramedics after reporting a gas smell and management doing nothing about it. No breed restrictions. Seen some aggressive pit bulls, there's no gym or amenities, like, what are we paying $2K+ for? Nightmare. Your lease here will be a prison sentence of anxiety. DO NOT RENT HERE!
