He helped fix both my A/C and washing machine efficiently, and made sure everything was running smoothly before he left. It's not every day you come across service like that. For example, my AC was broken in the middle of summer--during a major heatwave--and it took four full weeks to get fixed. Their "solution" in the meantime? A tiny mobile AC unit that didn't even come close to cooling the room. When I asked for help--maybe a rent adjustment or compensation--they told me, "By law, that's all we're required to provide." No discount, no apology, just a shrug and a "not our problem" attitude. This place is a joke. They squeeze every dollar they can from tenants while offering the bare minimum in return. But Issa and Lani are more than just the leasing office staff, they know which room that you live in, and they welcome you like how your family would do when you get back home. Most importantly I felt free to address any issue or problem I might have, and they are proactive so you don't need to keep following up with them. Cleanliness: Whether the apartment is clean or not is a big thing for me too. Especially the common area and the grass area. Grass is the easy spot to tell whether the apartment staff pay enough attention to keep it clean, especially for apartments that allow dogs. Well it should not be that way, but some dog parents just don't pick up their puppies poop. They always keep the grass clean, and if there's something messy or anything smells bad, they would clean it right away. I know that Traci works really hard to keep everything clean and she does check the building everyday to make sure everything is good. I was also impressed with how quick they are to get the work order done so that I don't have to wait. Last but not the least, if you don't know there are many people got their car broken into in this area. Some apartment might have cameras, but they don't really work sometimes, since most of the time people don't really check that while looking for an apartment. Season by far has the best security and access control that I know in town. All their cameras work. You get what you pay especially for a safe and comfortable place that you can call home. Two days later, they posted another (optional) fee to our account..and instead of applying my payment to what I actually paid for in the first place, they took a portion and applied it to my optional fee, leaving me a "balance" on my rent and media fee which was paid for in the first place. Now, they have charged an extra $115 "late fee" (on a $14.95 optional charge) because they chose where they wanted to apply my payment to instead of what was actually paid for. One of us left a review, and the customer care team responded and told us to email them because they would like to resolve the issue. However, after reaching out to customer care a couple of times, they have ignored the emails and have not responded at all. Again, not showing they really care. Another reason I'm leaving a one star is the walls and ceilings are not very sound-resistant. We here our upstairs neighbors and their dog constantly.

I just really appreciate her sincere devotion to customer/tenant service and improving the quality of our lives each day. Anytime I need anything, she is on top of it! Amazon misplaces my package? I reached out to Marlen and she responds and gets it resolved right away. Elevator broken? (which has happened a few times now), Marlen calls the service team and they repair it within a day or so. Neighbor's nasty dogs leaving crappy stains all over the carpet in the shared community hallways? I send Marlen a picture and she gets the carpet cleaning team out the very next day. The list goes on! This place is a bit pricey, but I can 100% say that it has been worth every penny that I've spent here. and I would know, I have moved once or more a year since I was a child, and this is the first time that I would actually WANT to stay somewhere more than a year! The views are spectacular, the amenities are amazing, and the staff are the icing on the cake! Also, don't let some of these other reviews sway you. I used to work in customer success, and I've learns that people tend to only leave reviews when they have a bad experience, and I'm quite certain that most of the people who have love here have had amazing experiences, but never take the time to come back and write about it. I moved into the canyon vista community today under very difficult personal circumstances. Jeslet Sotelo, was the leasing agent who helped me. She went WELL ABOVE AND BEYOND--truly. She was incredibly overbooked, due to a clerical error with her scheduling software, but still took the time to ensure my move-in process was smooth, efficient, and as stress-free as possible. I recently went through a life-altering event and needed a place to start fresh ASAP. Jeslet was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also empathetic and kind--something I CANT articulate in words how desperately I needed. Thanks to her, I was able to move in today and am now able to put in the work on my next chapter. She deserves recognition (and honestly, a raise). Thank you, Jeslet, for turning a tough day into a hopeful one. I only hope one day I can repay you with an outing to Rodizio, or at the very least a heart felt thank you the next time I pass by the leasing offices. The staff has been so great to work with! Most of my planning had to happen from 300 miles away so I relied a lot on email and phone calls with the staff. They went above and beyond to help me determine whether this was the place for me. Cami, Josh, and Skyler all made me feel welcome. Any question or concern I had during the application and move-in process was addressed with professionalism, respect, and kindness. The gated community helps me feel safe. The two-car garages are a rare treat in this area of South Salt Lake. I am so excited to be settled into my new home. I highly recommend this property for folks looking for clean, quiet, safe living. The amenities here are top notch: Pool, Gym, Valet trash collection, Wi-Fi, Cable, in-unit washer and dryer.. even a delicious little crepe restaurant in the front lobby.
