**Edited review to include response from 603 Owner Mark Murphy** If I could give this company a 0 stars review for the way they conduct business and their unprofessional demeanor to paying customers (and employees) They treat their staff worse than they do their customers. Hence why almost all of their locations have extremely low vacancy. Please know if you rent with 603 storage you will deal with condescending, arrogant people who will talk over you and as if you are below them and tell customers one thing, and forget within a day later. Avon as 603 advised me I could transfer out of my current unit and into another (on a recorded call in which Mark was too lazy to listen to and then accused me of moving into a unit without renting, paying, etc.) and Dehamer (DM) backed Avon up when I asked her to forward the recording to the owners it magically disappeared--but I still have it on my end as this is not the first time this company says one thing and forgets what they have said the next so always, always document and record all conversations with them as they are too incompetent to do their own jobs. If you're looking to do business with liars and bully's, 603 Storage and Mark Murphy are it. I will continue to add and edit replies on here to inform our community to steer clear from these distasteful people. Do your research on 603 storage and Mark Murphy's business history.
