I emailed and called Tranquil Moments requesting my money back and was ignored for 2 weeks. Today I called my credit card company and requested a chargeback. I do not care how good Tranquil Moments is at massage if they cannot keep an appointment, and then ignore phone calls, emails and text messages about the missed appointment and requests for a refund. My belief is that this business planned to keep my $110, and hoped that I would just give up. I will never ever attempt to book with this provider again. The landlord told me that he has seen a number of other customers show for appointments only to find the business closed.

I called, texted, and emailed again to see if there was some sort of misunderstanding. No response. Then I called again the next day asking that my card be refunded. To this day, I have not had any kind of response from them, and I have not been refunded for the service I never received. Don't try to book an appointment here! They will take your money and you'll wind up having to negotiate with your credit card company to get it back.
