When going back to visit, I was referred to an oral surgeon but the centre did not want to pay for it as they had "just given me a free consultation". Well that consultation was only to investigate the complications of their surgery; a proper response would have been to pay for the repairs. Bottom line: complications happen, but good businesses take responsibility for them.

A very friendly dentist's office I have been really happy about the dental care I have received…read morethere. I'll start with a little info about me, I hate going to the dentist and avoided going at all costs, in fact I hadn't been in over 7 years, continually putting it off for fear of being judged! I guess you could call me a dental delinquent! Thanks to some not so gentle encouragement from my fiancee I finally agreed to go to her dentist after she explained how non-judgy they are here and she was 100% correct! I have seen both Dr. Bhargava and Dr. Telang here and they are both incredibly friendly (and non-judgmental) about your teeth! Dr. Telang explained in great detail all of the stats she was discussing with the hygenist as well as explaining in easy terms what you need to do. The hygenists here are also very friendly and gentle, despite needing to use many of the little hooks I had very little discomfort or pain! One final bonus is that they will deal directly with insurance if you have it, eliminating the hassle of having to deal with insurance companies yourself!

The hygienist was super friendly and spoke French and English which was appreciated. Dr. Utovac was nice & clear in his comments. I sensed that the prices might be expensive but it is in a prime location and if you have insurance, it shouldn't matter too much. I booked a 2nd appointment six months from now and while I can't say I'm looking forward to it, so far, it is better than my previous dentist.

Way too pricey and it's designed to make you pay high skyrocketed prices for simple dental care like cleaning. They offer you free snacks thinking this is something neat, but in reality they want you to eat so you could get cavities and stains. Then this will require you to come back to them. How bizarre this is!!!! Absolutely don't recommend it to anyone. Don't get fooled by their ads of free dental and fav patient. All these ways to hijack your mind to make you pay like an idiot. I no longer have a toothache, he gave me a temporary filling, and I am wondering why the first dentist I saw last week at a different clinic didn't offer me a solution until I could get something more permanent? He and his staff are pleasant and kind. Dr. Dabbour explains everything before he process and ensures that you're comfortable. I will be returning to this clinic for my regular dental care/check-ups as the team does an excellent job of taking care of patient needs.

I have been going to that dentist office for years when it was Dr. Dessureault's clinic. However, the last 2 times that I had appointments there (March 2025), I was made to wait an hour each time! I was left sitting in the waiting room and no one said anything to me. After a half hour, I approached the receptionist and asked how much longer I would have to wait. She said, Oh, the dentist had an emergency! I said, well I had an appointment scheduled and no one mentioned that he had an emergency and it was going to take long and it would have been appreciated if someone had mentioned it to me! She said well, it shouldn't be much longer. I waited again another half hour without anyone asking if I'd like to re-schedule. I had to once again approach the receptionist and asked if I should re-schedule. Then she said oh, yes, I think so, so we re-scheduled for the following week. The following week, I showed up 15 minutes early. I checked in. She said ok, it shouldn't be long. I said to myself, I am going to give them 15 minutes and if I'm not seen by then, I'm leaving. I waited and waited and even waited an additional 15 minutes, so 30 minutes in total and they still didn't call my name or give me any reason for the long wait once again! I just got up and left without saying anything. I never received an apology or a phone call to this day! I guess after all these years, I am not a valued customer!

I transferred my files from my old dentist in Calgary to Dr. Ladani and he has been wonderful! His staff are very polite, helpful, and thorough.
