I contacted someone that works for them out of their Battle Creek HQ offices, and he directed me to the Grand Rapids team. Will from the GR office contacted me very quickly and was able to come by our house the next day with his coworker, Luke. Both Will and Luke were easy to talk to and understanding. They showed me pictures of the damage to my roof and assured me it was minimal and quoted me an estimate well below what I thought it might be. We had no need to even file a claim with insurance. The next day, Will reached out and told me that because the damage was so minor, he and his boss (I believe his name is Mark) would be able to come over the next day to make the necessary repairs. I'm extremely grateful for the way they prioritized our home, especially with more rain and storms approaching next week. Their representative measured incorrectly and had to remove the two doors. They drywalled the inside house, which was fine. But left these black like tar paper coverings over the exteriors. And said that they would come back and redo it well it's only been Two years and neither the representative nor the owner will return my phone calls. Couple of times Chris said he'd meet me over there and then didn't show up. Does this picture look like a professional job to you?? Be wary of this company they used to be very good. I think they've just gotten too big.
