Here are a few reasons why... - The prices. Seriously, I love how saturated the market has become making products so much more affordable. - The selection. I tend to go for tablets that I use as sleep therapy but also occasionally buy one of the drinks from the refrigerated section. - The shopping experience. I don't love when other places have someone serve you from behind the counter, which is not the case here. Do your shopping, make your selection, and bring your items to the counter to pay... easy-peasy. The staff is constantly friendly and the crowds are lite. While I'm not here terribly often I genuinely enjoy it when I do make the pilgrimage every so often.

That was it--no effort to fix it, no accountability. Next morning, I'm told my order was canceled and I need to reorder--except now it's over $30 more. Asked them to honor the original price since this was 100% their mistake, and they refused. Their solution? "Try again Monday." That's not just bad service--that's zero service. Took my business elsewhere and spent more without the hassle. Not the way to treat someone who's been coming back for years!

At first, everything was going well. The employee helping me, Andrea ( the manager ) was polite and knowledgeable while assisting with an issue involving a previous purchase. I ended up buying additional items, and after checking out I even left a $5 tip because I appreciated the help. The problem started when I asked to use reward points. I was told I didn't have any available, but my partner did. After providing his information, the points were confirmed to be there, but I was told they couldn't be applied because he wasn't physically present. While I understand policies exist, this became frustrating because we share the account and shop there together regularly. At that point, I asked if I could simply return the items I had literally purchased only minutes earlier so I could place the order online instead. I was told there were absolutely no returns allowed, even though the transaction had just happened. I left feeling upset and realized shortly afterward that I had accidentally left my wallet behind. When I returned to retrieve it, I could clearly tell staff were discussing the situation. Feeling frustrated and disappointed with how everything had been handled, I took back the $5 tip I had placed in the jar moments earlier. Andrea then called me a thief in front of others, despite the fact that it was my own money I had just tipped. What makes this especially disappointing is that I've supported this company for years and never expected to be treated this way. One bad interaction can really change how a longtime customer feels, and unfortunately this experience left a very negative impression.

Security is usually cheery, unless guy on duty is tired, but they get the job done fast and you're in.They're big enough to have a selection of everything, but it's well organized. You don't have that feeling of thousands of products jumbled and mixed up and sprawling all over the place. Always have had a good to great experience with the budtenders. I like the Kingpen vapes best. The Wyld gummies are good, especially the Raspberry for sativa. Easy with their Elderberry indica though. It does its job, but the tired feeling that brings on sleep has a way of sticking around too long. Tried a Smokies sativa gummy bag, and though I got it on sale at a good price, after the second try I disliked it so much I won't touch this brand again. Not a bad experience; just weak. Their buds are terrific too, which brings us back to the Hikei takeover of Urbn Leaf...there's room for improvement, for sure. UL fumbled the buds/flower products for years, in my view. The products were always good to great, but the brands changed frequently, and often disappeared completely. What's the point of branding if you can't keep the brand around? Brands exist so that once you find something you like, you can reliably go back and get it again. I had 3 different hybrids I intended to recommend, but they're all gone. This is not the first time. Far from it.
