Here are a few reasons why... - The prices. Seriously, I love how saturated the market has become making products so much more affordable. - The selection. I tend to go for tablets that I use as sleep therapy but also occasionally buy one of the drinks from the refrigerated section. - The shopping experience. I don't love when other places have someone serve you from behind the counter, which is not the case here. Do your shopping, make your selection, and bring your items to the counter to pay... easy-peasy. The staff is constantly friendly and the crowds are lite. While I'm not here terribly often I genuinely enjoy it when I do make the pilgrimage every so often.

That was it--no effort to fix it, no accountability. Next morning, I'm told my order was canceled and I need to reorder--except now it's over $30 more. Asked them to honor the original price since this was 100% their mistake, and they refused. Their solution? "Try again Monday." That's not just bad service--that's zero service. Took my business elsewhere and spent more without the hassle. Not the way to treat someone who's been coming back for years!

I like the Kingpen vapes best. The Wyld gummies are good, especially the Raspberry for sativa. Easy with their Elderberry indica though. It does its job, but the tired feeling that brings on sleep has a way of sticking around too long. Tried a Smokies sativa gummy bag, and though I got it on sale at a good price, after the second try I disliked it so much I won't touch this brand again. Not a bad experience; just weak. Their buds are terrific too, which brings us back to the Hikei takeover of Urbn Leaf...there's room for improvement, for sure. UL fumbled the buds/flower products for years, in my view. The products were always good to great, but the brands changed frequently, and often disappeared completely. What's the point of branding if you can't keep the brand around? Brands exist so that once you find something you like, you can reliably go back and get it again. I had 3 different hybrids I intended to recommend, but they're all gone. This is not the first time.
