Best dispensary ever and I will forever be a customer there. Every single person working there is so cool and very knowledgeable about all the products!! You cannot beat the prices they have + they always have awesome deals and discounts for every day of the week! It's so fun going on any day and seeing what the deals are. They recently changed the set up where instead of being helped by your own budtender, it's open shop so you can walk around and browse as you'd like without holding up a line which is so much better and less pressure! Don't buy the jungle boy brand vapes here, they clog instantly. I'm hyperventilating trying to get a draw out of it. Traded it in for a different vape and same thing Andrew a couple pulls and the cart is still full. Why would you keep these bogus vapes on your shelves? Repackage the product into WORKING vapes. Better treatment of their armed guards. Worst experience ever! Stand still in a 2X3 or smaller and don't talk or move! They are rude to customers and their guards. Plus, when they don't like anyone's attitude they still take their money and then ban them from the store. So the customer comes back and finds out they can't come in! They should tell them to take their business elsewhere. Not very professional. Regardless of that, the store is decorated fun, the lighting is always harsh white even though they could adjust the lighting to be more inviting. And stop letting the budtenders work when they are high. Not the way I would do business. It has the potential to be the best in town, if they tried harder. read more

Checked out Jungle Boys in LA Mesa for the 1st time. (Recommended by a friend & fellow elite.)But not my 1st visit. The 1st time I arrived security advised the had just closed 5min prior at 845p & redirected me to Wellness in Lemon Grove but same deals weren't at Wellness. I came back days later earlier. I thought I was ordering ahead for curbside service only to call from the parking lot & unfortunately, be told if you're paying cash you have to go inside. The site said if cash pay exact cash. Which I was prepared to do. As I entered, I was created by Christian & he was very kind & upbeat. You can tell he likes working there. He took my name & grabbed my bag of items I ordered. And as he started scanning his 3rd item he said oh unfortunately he can't sell me more than an ounce (Cali law mess) without a medical card. It seemed I was running into 1 issue after another. And I could purchase them in two separate transactions. So I chose Pacific stone & a cart. Left the other 4 items. Time to renew my medical card. Christian explained with the medical card there's no purchase limit. He looked for referral cards they had to refer customers to get medical cards but they had none. However, I did appreciate his customer service. It made me want to revisit when I was feeling inconvenienced & thinking its too mych hassle. Alot of what I was told in person, should be addressed online to save customers time & less hassle. I will say that the type of service you get from any business can make or break a business! Much Gratitude Christian! For being you & professional. Very pleased with what I purchased. After six minutes on hold I drove over here to address this issue in person. I made it here before they closed but they had already locked doors. I could hear voices. I spent over $100 here.
