I absolutely got ahold of her personally every single time I needed to talk to her and received quick responses via text, email or phone, even when she was on vacation. Amy is understanding, competent and a terrific marketer of you home. She does have a team of agents that work with her and I did at times work different members due to the market being very tight and the need to get into homes with extremely short notice. Basically if she isn't available and something comes up that will likely sell quickly she was always able to get me in with one of her team members. Each time, I received professional service and responses from her team members. It's a little bothersome reading the other review on this site because it appears to have been written by someone who constantly complains about everything and he is creating a false image of several hard working business people.

The pool on site is beautiful, and although it should be a safe place to bring your family, it is not. There is zero dress code or concern that there have been several complaints made about someone dressing completely inappropriately. It is actually so bad that when we see a specific resident at the pool, due to how revealing her attire and behavior is, we leave because I don't know my children to be around that. I spoke with Bob, the owner of Forest Meadows about this, and although he assured me he would personally take care of the situation, he has not. It's disappointing that the person in charge doesn't care to protect the safety of his complex and clearly has zero intention to stop people dressing and acting as such.

We lived here for 3 years and only moved because of job relocation. The maintenance staff was quick effective and kind, we never had to wait more than a day for something to be fixed and it was always fixed correctly the first time. They even painted some of the walls while we lived there because of a few scuffs that bugged me. The office staff was great as well we really liked Sandy and they even waved a late fee that happened because I entered my payment information wrong while paying online. ROBBERY Update:…read more After my trailer was broken into approx 2 weeks ago at VALLEY STORAGE in Medina, Ohio, I finally had some time to make my way to VALLEY STORAGE to move my trailer to a different company for storage. So, as I pull up to the MAIN ENTRANCE to VALLEY STORAGE on Sat (today) to take my business & trailer elsewhere, what do u think I find ??? THE MAIN GATE FOR ENTRY & EXIT IS WIDE OPEN AND STUCK IN THE OPEN POSITION !!!! 2 WEEKS AFTER THE ROBBERY THAT AFFECTED CLOSE TO 10 CLIENTS and losing probably close to 100,000+ dollars in merchandise, equipment, etc. the main is gate for entry and exit is STUCK WIDE OPEN !!! This is how much they care about their clients !!! It's bad enough that I lost close to 10,000 dollars in stolen equipment and damage to my business trailer but there were also about 9 other clients that were affected as well. This included a trailer stolen right off the lot and hasn't been seen since !!! I couldn't believe it !!! These are the measures VALLEY STORAGE takes to insure your property & valuables ??? I immediately call their office and receive an answering machine in which I left a message and then proceed to call the Medina Police Department.
