The light show itself was absolutely beautiful, even though it was in a parking lot of a mall lol I also need to add the music didn't put me in the Christmas spirit it seemed more like concert. I purchased a GA ticket and the line took over an hr to just drive in. But the "dasher" line was no better ! Unfortunately those people had to wait a long time as well. I recommend getting there early !

Shout out to Kaila and Victoria's awesome customer service! Was impressed with their energy and friendliness! My daughters got hyped with their energy First entrance staff were so nice too! Arcadia location ROCKS!!!!!

We were in the same spot for over 10 minutes.

Beautiful lights and show, unfortunately the wait was over 30 minutes. It doesn't really matter what time you get because they wait is long. I don't understand why they emphasize the time slot if they sell the same time to several people and the wait is too long. I attended a stranger things event that were better organized than this. People actually trying to cut in front of others. Not worth the wait.Take your kiddos somewhere else.

First let me start with saying it's finally that time of year. This was a super last minute thing with the kids on a Tuesday night. All the staff were definitely in Christmas spirit which made it feel even better experience to experience super warm and Christmas feels all the way! $60 for only $12 more you can get 4 3D Glasses which the kids loved. Tee who was the first at the gate when you finally enter was super nice also great customer service! She got the kids pumped for the lights & in the Christmas spirit! As we exited there was another worker named Hunter who had great customer service and made sure all cars were excited safely! 10/10 definitely recommend for any family to come!

The lights were beautiful, my daughter loved them! It was nice that the music was synced with the lights to provide a great experience. So glad we went on a week night, there was no waiting. Thanks Sammy for the great customer service, we really appreciated it!

Our host , I think her name is Kristy, help us to set up and was always checking in to see if we needed anything. This place provided a red cart to transport our party supplies, which was very thoughtful. We also loved that the party area already felt festive and fun, so we didn't need to bring many decorations or balloons. The entire facility was very clean and well organized. There were also a few pleasant surprises that made the day extra special. The mascot came by to take photos with our birthday girl and our family, and we received a beautiful acrylic photo keepsake with both pictures. My girl also loved the little goodie bag that mascot gave to her. The kids had an amazing time and didn't want to leave. I also like that there is a mini fridge in our party room so we could keep our popsicles frozen until the end of the party. Another thing I would like to mention, is this place didn't feel overly crowded or too noisy, even though it was a Saturday afternoon (maybe we were lucky that day) If I had a couple of things to add on, I would love to have a little more setup time for us before the party starts, since we're only allowed to arrive 15 minutes early. We also wished the mascot could have stayed just a little longer (until we finish the birthday song) Overall, we're very happy we chose Funbox Arcadia for our daughter's birthday celebration. Thank you to the entire team for helping make it such a fun and memorable day!

Parking seems plentiful but I did notice signs saying "lot full" but yet there were barely any cars there. I parked near the fountain area and walked up. The fountain is so relaxing and the grass past the fountain with peacocks hanging out is just so relaxing I wanted to sit there all day. I learned that if you're an Arboretum member it's free entry which starts at 730 am, but if you're not a member you're allowed in later at 9am. I found the Arboretum on AllTrails app and it's a pretty nice sized property and since they don't pass out maps what's nice using the app i can see what is coming up ahead and what else there is to see. The inter city event was taking place in another area and I ended up having to walk through another lot to get to it, but it was a nice spacious area for the event, i would have liked more signage to direct me but I recognized someone and that's how I knew where to go. The volunteers all seem to have volunteered multiple times in the past and seem to forget that there might be newbies helping so it seemed like everyone assumed I would just know how everything works. Despite this it was a pretty cool event and I saw so many cactuses and succulents that I never dreamed of and are now on my wish list. I believe they hold this event at the Arboretum yearly so keep your eyes out!

Upon arriving, my first thought was that I wished I had made a point of visiting much sooner. I had been missing out. We arrived when it opened, and the place was already buzzing with activity. Although it was busy, it never felt crowded. I found a QR code that brought up a map on my phone, which made it easy to navigate the grounds. We started at the Plumeria Festival, where there were plenty of vendors selling plumeria plants and other garden-related items. There was also live music on the main stage and several food trucks. After visiting the festival, we set out to explore the rest of the Arboretum. We saw plenty of wildlife, including peacocks, squirrels, rabbits and even a coyote. The walking trails are relatively easy, and there are plenty of benches where you can stop, rest and take in the surroundings. It was a great way to spend the better part of a day, and I will definitely be going back.

The goal is to use a weapon of your choice (pistol or 2 other rifles) to shoot down 6 targets, if you hit all 6, you win a prize (a medium sized plushie!). It cost $20 for 6 games. One game = 10 shots from your chosen weapon. In other words, you get 10 tries to knock down 6 targets, which I think is rather difficult since a few of the targets are really small. Whether you win or lose, you get a small prize (small plushie). The games can go by pretty quickly because after you shoot your first shot, you immediately want to shoot the other 9. As a person with no airsoft experience, I only hit 2 targets each game. The guns have almost no recoil and the shots aren't that loud, so it's a game that can be casually played with a date or your friends. You don't need to wear goggles or anything either. Overall the experience went by sort of quickly but was quite fun while it lasted.

Everything is set to free play with a paid admission fee. You can do hourly pay or a set price for all day play. There's probably about 60 different arcade style games ranging in many decades including 70s, 80s, 90s and 2000s favorites. Pinball, Mario Kart, Mortal Kombat, Marvel Vs Capcom (my jam), Super Smash Bros, Basketball Pro, Pac Man, NFL Blitz, Rampage (arcade game of my youth), Donkey Kong, Tron, The Simpsons and so many others. Soft drinks, great lighting, a spacious layout. Neon Retro offers cool holiday deals and specials, hosts fun events, IG giveaways and keeps the fun going all year long. It's still only $15 for unlimited hourly play or $25 for a day pass. No food is served here other than snacks (think chips and candy), but so many places closeby to eat before or after your Neon Retro Arcade fun!! It's not a barcade like EightyTwo or Player One so it's alcohol free. They're all welcoming and very personable. I do know they have a capacity limit and weekend tend to be the busiest until around 4 or 5 pm. Nights and weekends are definitely lower in foot traffic, but still great energy. I don't make it over too often, but highly recommend experiencing once or thrice. They just had a cool 50% off hourly prices for Bonus Level Loyalty Club members, and yes it's free to be a member :) Local street (meter), paid lot and garage parking available. Gender-neutral restrooms. Great for groups or just you.

By the time we got to the parking payment portion of this line we were advised that there was a huge call out from staffing that created this dilemma. The worst part was that when the supervisor of this event asked management (who btw is not onsite, but is somewhere else remotely) how many staff members can be called in last minute and management did not even think to consider that nor even attempted to call around to fine replacement. That was told to us from the supervisor. After waiting 2.5 hours, they didn't know how to crowd control people who have already purchase parking tickets and those who will be paying for last minute parking. If it was up to me, I would've provided complimentary parking to not disappoint more guests. The event itself was fine, but I will be honest after that experience my vision of the lights didn't see the magic so take that with a grain of salt. There was nothing special for us, we felt it was a waste of money even though we got the gold pass to exclusive date selection. Everything inside the event literally costs extra money if you wanted to to more than just walk around. We probably won't be considering on going back here anytime.

Tickets - $43 x2 - General Admission = $86 $15 x2 - Ice Skating = $30 $25 - Parking $15 x1 - Snow Slide $7 - Service Charge Discounted $8.60 = Promo Code Grand Total = $154.40 -- PROS -- Christmas Lights Maze - It's pretty big, could walk through for an hour or so. Plenty of spots for cute and glamorous photos. They did a pretty good job with the lights, design, and colorway of most of the lights. My wife and I got plenty of photos and we were most excited for the dangling lightbulbs. Very cute overall and certainly the spot most people were at for photos. -- CONS -- Parking was pretty confusing, the only guidance is to enter via gate 3. All other areas are fenced off and you could get lost without any signs pointing towards the correct gate. Lots of improvements could be added to smooth the parking situation. Ice Skating was fun as my wife and I had plenty of cute moments. It's one of the main attractions here at Enchant which attracted a huge crowd. The course itself is pretty cute but it was most certainly overcrowded. Also pretty nice for some photo opportunities. In the lobby of the ice skating rink, you're able to put your shoes and belongings in a open box....which is not really ideal but you have no other choice. There's no security at all for your belongings, very easy for others to just siphon away your shoes, etc. Not very ideal. One frustrating part that we encountered was the snow slide. When purchasing, we bought just 1x QTY as it states, "3 rides per snow slide ticket." So in my mind, it was deciphered as "then both of us can go once and we'll have an extra for whoever wants to go for a extra time." We were very much wrong as it's only for one rider that can go 3 times maximum. I ended up giving the ticket to my wife as I wanted her to enjoy the snow slide. The slide itself last around 10 seconds, and you just drag the seat pillow back up to slide again. Pretty disappointing overall but it should be more clear to avoid confusion like this. -- Consensus -- Overall, some good parts, and many bad parts about Enchant. It was certainly overcrowded on some points of the exhibition, the high ticket prices are certainly a look away. Getting the ticket itself only allows entrance and for the maze. Rest is pretty much paid as a addon to your experience. Although my wife and I had a decent time, I would say that it's worth it if you can afford it, and to experience it once at least. Otherwise, there are other spots that have Holiday lights that are more organized.
