The sun may beam thru the front window, which you could feel the heat. The background noise and music is fairly low, so you can enjoy your reading or conversation. Overall, it was good. I am so glad 6ixthsense carries Cutipol! They have a variety of colors set out for you to see it in person before purchasing. It's very difficult to find Cutipol in Southern California so even though Koreatown is quite a drive for me, I didn't mind as long as I can see it in person. This place carries more imported brands besides Cutipol, so I would definitely check them out if you're in the market for brands that are not regularly found in stores in Southern California. I knocked off a star because there is no parking. It's in the busy Koreatown of LA, so it can be very difficult to find an affordable parking space. read more

So many things inside can make great gifts for friends, new homeowners or a little something for yourself. Everything is high quality and trendy so it's a great shop to look through. It's beautifully neat and organized, great design and fun to look through everything. They also have an online store so you can shop there, as well. They ship worldwide and have sales sometimes, so it's worth checking out, as well. While you're on the block, walk across the street to their coffee shop. I love this store and have been coming for years for small items and housewarming gifts. I love that they carry some hard to find brands like Cutipol. Everything is displayed so neatly and in a way that helps give some decor inspiration. There's even a small sale section for imperfect items (either from a crack, manufacturing issue, or missing piece). I've definitely purchased a few of these pieces and appreciate the care put into offering these imperfect items for sale and labeling the issue clearly. Staff has been friendly each time and have always made my experience in the store pleasant. I like how they aren't pushy but are quick to help me if I have any questions or am ready to purchase. Everything in this store is so beautiful, trendy and modern. My parents got a blue/grey leather couch here and two unique floral patterned accent chairs for around $3k. The prices were fair. The couch had a very soft and smooth leather. The store even threw in a free yellow accent pillow. There is metered street parking. They had a very cute utensil set that even included matching chopsticks. They have many of their items stocked in store so you could bring home furniture pieces that you saw that day. They do deliver locally but also deliver to NorCal for an added fee. If the deliveries are local, they deliver themselves. If it's further, they contract with a delivery service. They have some really unique pieces. I did, however, see a chair there that cost double of what I paid for it when I bought mine brand new elsewhere. They have a 20% off deal right now that lasts until the end of this month. They honored the discount both online and in stores. This review is long overdue. The 6ixthsense LA is the iconic store which was recommended by my close friends so I've always wanted to stop by. Unfortunately due to my work schedule, I couldn't purchase their beautiful products in person therefore I decided to shop from their website. I went on and purchased numerous sabre and cutipol flatwares. Couple days later, I got a phone call from the store and got informed that one of the flatwares was out of stock. The gentleman explained about the situation and quickly provided me an option to change it to another color and shipped everything to me. Their customer service was amazing and all the flatwares arrived safe - in a perfect condition. I can't wait to stop by one day and shop more. read more

This bed frame cost almost $1,500 and broke like this in less than 1.5yrs. I live alone, weigh 120lbs and have had no one stay over. Damaged from merely moving the frame as I was changing my sheets. I ordered a Jonathan Adler pillow from this store online a few days ago. Later that day, I got a text indicating that the pillow is out of stock yet I was still charged. I replied to the text stating I would like a refund and to cancel, in which I got the response saying that would be done. I emailed the store the next day when I realized I had yet to be refunded. I am shocked that a store would; 1. Offer an item that is out of stock, 2. Allow a customer to purchase an out of stock item, and 3. When realized that the item is out of stock, not immediately issue a refund. I am very disappointed with the service and am still awaiting my refund. read more

Some things are on the pricier side but I found some plant pots today that were super reasonable, especially for how beautiful they are. Also they give you 10% off for checking in on Yelp or following them on instagram. Following them also lets you keep track of when they have sales. The place looks cute on the outside so I decided to come in and see what I can bring home and give my house a new something. :) They have A LOT of stuff for sure, for the first peek it's cute and stylish, they were having a sale on almost everything so the price was not bad at all, I would say it's kinda like a CB2/west elm. I ended up only got a floor mat and two little miscellaneous things trays. I was originally gonna get couple more things but while I check the actually stuff they brought out from their storage, they all have flaws, damaged, yellowed marble when it's suppose to be white, or the bowl doesn't fit in the tray like the displayed one. The whole place is very cluttered and I actually saw someone tripped over some rug, I was a little nervous about knocking stuff off accidentally. Not sure if I will return considering the quality of items and the staff/designer as they called themselves were not very friendly in my opinion. But if you just like cute decor and doesn't mind if the quality is that great, I would pay this place a visit. read more

You ASSUME the worst in your customers because of your history with customers breaking items. But you don't question your staff on the placement of the items. You should have better customer service that helps EACH customer if you feel like customers should not shop alone. I had a large budget for a celebrity bday party but you had no idea and judge off one incident. I even continued to shop for more items after the small item fell and broke but your response was disgraceful. You lost out on a large sell in addition a bad reputation. read more

I found a beautiful mid-century bed frame on sale for an insanely affordable price - as in $300 off the original price. Cherry on top was the delivery service that arrived EARLY and assembled the bed in under 20 minutes! I really appreciated that the owner sent me texts the day before with updates and questions. Way overpriced! Just visited this place this morning. The items are "aight" I wasn't swayed by them and I'm scratching my head as to how they're able to justify their high price point margin. For that price might as well buy Danish or Moroccan furniture and by the way whoever said this is affordable was either being paid, delusional, high or all of the above. But have no fear, I'm here to set the record straight ya dig! Now in the spirit of objectivity, they did have a few nice items, but again I'm giving them two stars because they are unethically overcharging folks and allow me to explain... I was in fact at world market (the grove for those out of towners trying to keep up with us grumpy city folks) earlier this morning and found similar items but at very reasonable prices (hell yeah baby!!) The fact that those thieves are in Korea town in addition to being so egregiously pretentious with their prices shows the inner workings of capitalism blowing full steam! I still can't bring myself to think how those folks have the effrontery to be so inaccessible in the heart of Korea-Town; a complete irony! Do yourself a favor, unless you have money to throw away at which point you should,nah, strike that, you MUST unequivocally pay my bills and help a frugal-minded sistah out! The place is well curated and have a lot of great home selections. The only thing I didn't like about this place is that you can't return any glassware even if you didn't use them. It does mention in really small letters in front of the cashier but failed to mention as products are being purchased their return policy. On top of that, the Asian blonde chick had a little attitude when I thought I could return it! I get it, I should've read the receipt thoroughly but damn.
