There are a lot of different types of seating options (darker/natural light, sofas, wooden benches, bar-type, regular tables) so ambiance is great. Service was fast & friendly. Lots of parking in the lot upfront. 9/10 would recommend!

The honey brought a smooth, natural sweetness that complemented the espresso without overpowering it. It was refreshing, balanced, and incredibly easy to drink. Simple ingredients, done really well. I also had their El Salvador on drip, and it was exactly what I'm looking for in a light roast. Bright, lively, and full of fruity and floral notes without veering into sour territory. Clean finish, expressive aromatics, and beautifully brewed. Between the quality of the coffee and the clarity of flavor in both drinks, Hatchet clearly knows what they're doing. During my visit, I was unsure about what to order until I asked the barista for a recommendation. She suggested the Pistachio Latte, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice. It tasted amazing! While they don't roast their coffee beans in-house and source them from Georgia, I don't think that affects the overall experience or the reasonable prices at this café. The coffee selection is a honest selection of a typical coffee shop but there is a special menu that is separate from the main "traditional" menu. The special menu is a compilation of special drinks (dog inspired). We tried the goldendoodle which was golden milk with chai and it was really good. The staff was quick and helpful and fun to talk with. This place is highly recommended!

He forgot to ask what sizes we wanted, and when I got my Campfire Cold Brew, it came without cream. The menu clearly said: Cold brew, marshmallow, Hershey chocolate, and cream. I thought maybe it wasn't my drink, but the young man confirmed it was. When I asked if it was supposed to have cream, he said no, but that he could add some. I double-checked the menu: "It says it comes with cream." That's when an older woman suddenly appeared, glaring. "There's cream right there," she snapped. I'm guessing she was his mom, given her signature mama bear energy. Sorry, lady! I was just trying to make sure I got what I paid for, especially since two small coffees cost $16.
