I've tried a few hot drink now from 7 Brew and I'm still not sure I am a huge fan (I am a Starbucks Girlie). Hopped off the highway for something hot with caffeine. The cup always seems lighter than expected. Maybe they use more foam than liquid? Accessiblity: Unfortunately this locations is not easily accessible. Hopefully once all the construction working is over you can enter off Olivette rather than driving through the shopping plaza to access drive thru. Service: Service at this location was also rather slow compared to the others. I had to wave to a worker to get my order because only one person was outside taking orders from one lane. A few cars came & place order after me and got through. The guy who ended up taking my order seemed as though he was having a day... Came here for the first time today and the line was very long, but I was still in and out within five minutes. You always have to tell them light ice or else you get more ice and coffee, unfortunately and it was no different at this location. Otherwise the staff was very pleasant. read more

New location for me. In a congested area with plenty of construction it's a maze to find its opening. Once found it did not disappoint. Speedy service. I ordered a blue Pom Wild berry mix smoothie. I've been learning the 7 Brew system, and I'm officially a fan! This location is close to where I spend a lot of time, so I've stopped in several times and it never disappoints. On busy days, you order and pay with an employee carrying a tablet, which keeps everything moving quickly and smoothly. It honestly makes the whole experience more enjoyable. I'm all about BIG drinks, and 7 Brew absolutely delivers. My new lineup of favorites: Smooth 7 Iced (large, of course!), Smooth 7 Hot, and the Holiday Specials. When i saw that 7 Brew was coming to Ucity, i was super excited. Today, i was finally able to go. They have a promotion for free small drink and Who could turn down free drinks. I got their brunette. My kid got their strawberry smoothie and my boyfriend got their sweet and salty. The brunette does taste a bit sweeter than most of the coffees that i tried. The staff were quick and the drinks came out fast. There was not a long line when we went so it was great. There were two staff that standing outside wearing costumes despite the rain. read more

I usually visit a different 7 Brew location, but my partner and I were doing some errands in the area and decided to check this one out. I typically order an iced cookie butter latte with an extra shot of espresso. My partner is very loyal to his large fruit roll up energy drink. My coffee was fine. Not the best one I've ever had from 7 Brew, but not the worst either. My partner's fruit roll up seemed like it was 90% ice. We struggled to even insert the straw due to the giant ice block in the cup. He finished the whole thing in about 7 sips LOL. Pretty disappointing and a little crazy! Make sure you ask for light ice. Service was decent. I feel like I've had more positive experiences at other locations, but besides the ice mishap, I'm satisfied! read more

I used to love going to 7 brew in my college town, so I was really excited when I learned one was being built near my house! They just opened at the end of April, and every time I drive by it's pretty packed. Their staff does a good job of moving the line, and has staff come out to take orders at each car. I love that you can adjust the sweetness level of every drink. A lot of times flavored lattes from coffee shops are too sweet for me, but I love trying different flavors so this is perfect. My usual go to order is an iced vanilla latte half sweet with oat milk, and it hits the spot every time! My husband loves their brunette (hazelnut and caramel mocha) read more

I was excited when 7Brew finally came to Olivette area. They are doing a Giveback Days - free small drinks (only Friday and Saturday with limited drink options). I swung by this morning to check it out. Service was alright - not as sweet and friendly as other locations I've been to. It's understandable when staffs seemed like still in the training, and it can be overwhelming with the long line of cars.... I got the sweet and salty, and brunette - my usual orders. They were good and consistent. Just a tad sweet to me because I wasn't able to adjust sweetness level or change milk during their promotion. Overall good experience. Second time visiting, first experience was great. Worker shared ipad menu gave great detail of all types of drinks. Visited again today & had terrible experience. A young man by the name of Erick deliberately ignored us in line while the other employee was helping someone in front of us. he saw us sitting and waiting and walked back to the building and then more cars pulled into drive through and he proceeded to help three other cars that got there after us. We then got his attention and said we were here before them you skipped us, he shrugged his shoulders and continued on helping the next person. Very disappointed. Honestly I live super close to this location so I've been going a lot since coming home from college. Every time I go to this 7 brew my order is wrong and the staff is incredibly disorganized and unapologetic. I visited the Kirkwood location as well and they have their services operating at a much higher efficiency level. A lot of workers are standing around, talking about the music, and overall just unfocused on the long drive thru line. 7 Brews seems really disorganized. There are tons of employees, but it feels like they're not all doing something productive. There are plenty of workers taking orders, but it seems like there aren't enough people actually making the drinks. You'll see groups of staff chatting or just hanging out. The lines are consistently long, and it feels like there could be a better balance between taking/giving out orders and making coffee. Plus, sometimes they skip you in line to take the order of the person behind you, which is pretty frustrating. To top it off, they messed up my drink with someone else's after I waited in line for over 20 minutes, causing me to hold up the line even longer.
