Most days you will see people fishing from the dock. It is a small RV park with very little noise and good internet. Jeff and Sheri are amazing owners who are extremely caring and helpful. They truly care about the people who are staying at their park. They also keep the park very well maintained. Always seems to be a few full time RVers who welcome you to the community. There is also many part time or week-end Rvers. This is a place we will for sure come back and visit!

The park is clean and very well kept. Bathrooms and showers are spotless and well stocked. There is a nice lounge with TVs and sofas connected to the office. There's also a small store with a few supplies. In the middle area, there's a nice shower house with laundry, workout room and a small are to play games or do puzzles. Our two favorite things at this park are the swimming pool/hot tub and the huge dog runs. The park is gated, has daily trash pick up and is close to just about everything in BCS.

She asked if we wanted to drive around on our own or if we wanted a guided tour. We wanted the guided tour! She was very knowledgeable about the sites and of course the property. Witnessed multiple occasions where she demoralized employees in front of customers. She picks and chooses favorite guest to give cheaper rates to. She tried to Parent our minor child without our consent we won't ever return because of her. Three other sites left with us for similar reasons. This could be a good RV campground without her running it. Also when hooked to sewer you have to keep your tanks closed or their sewer will back flow into your camper. You also have to endure their shitty lawn crew that never comes until your grass is so high it looks like a shit show, you will have to do it yourself. In addition to if you ask for a corporate number they will not give it too you. KOA franchise all complaints go back to Alley and her God like complex. Oh if your kids play at the pool be prepared for Marshall Alley law they will call cops on them for having too much fun. (Like making tacos). No joke smh.

Great amenities, such as the pool and hot tub the lounge where you could shoot a little pool, do a puzzle, watch a little TV, get a free cup of coffee and also the laundry room is very well-maintained as well as their exercise room. They have an area where you could have a little party that has television and a bar like features that you could have a ton of guests gathered together. They have a little shop in their office and the people here are friendly and helpful.

They have a good combination of pull through and back in sites. The do have a few pull through that are not very level from front to back, but most sites are very level. The resort has a beautiful pool and hot tub. An office/clubhouse that is spacious and extremely nice. The staff, especially Nancy, the manager, is very accommodating. The restrooms and showers are among the very best I have seen anywhere. I highly recommend The Hill Top for visiting Brenham, Houston, or even Austin.

The elderly man in spot #40 (pics attached) has a reputation as being a rude/old man & it held true today. He comes to ur campsite to do nothing but bother u; no other reason. Not only did he inform me (after I was already talking & dealing with Jessie) that I could not park on the grass at all (see pics of his gripe), stood by for 10 minutes as if I was going to jump at his demands. Not in this life! I had to tell him to get away from my family. When I went to go pay, he told my family he would give them $130 fine for parking on the grass. Albeit they were parking on the grass and as you can see in the picture I was not. But since I was not 100% on the concrete pad he had a serious problem. I went and knocked on his door and asked him how could he write me a fine because you and I both know he has no authority to do that if the park ranger came through they would be the one to do it. I informed him that if the park ranger had a problem with the way I was parked, I would deal with him. And do not say anything else to me or my family while I was here trying to enjoy myself for one night. So instead of saying anything he decided to walk his dog on this side (I'm next to him in #40, so my little dog would bark at him and he stayed on this side irritating is versus walking his dog on the other side where nobody is. Other people in the park that is on the side he manages, came and told me he irritated them also. I highly suggest this Campground get rid of this guy. People are here to enjoy their time with their family not to be harassed by somebody who has absolutely no life and is lonely. Jesse on the other hand should be paid! I and him are military veterans.
