Chris gives an incredible level of detail and attention to what he does. He doesn't cut corners. And he's very honest as well. We were on the fence about replacing the flooring on our 2nd floor, but Chris said the current condition of the 2nd floor was great and that we wouldn't need to redo it (from a quality perspective). When I eventually got back to return my unnecessary items, they claimed that since I had a "special order", I couldn't return the item and second, since it was 29 days after I picked up the item, they wouldn't take back the item. The sales slip didn't indicate anything being a special order nor did it state the return policy. My hope it that Home Depot puts this dump out of business.
