Got the name of this company from someone and didn't know what to expect. These guys are phenomenal!! They came out and went over exactly what I wanted to do, gave me options, and then said they would send the quote. Got the quote quickly and proceeded from there. I wanted to rip out the 60 Year old floor in my kitchen and have the floor match the existing hardwood floors in the living room and dining room since all the rooms are now open and flow into one another. Also wanted everything stripped and stained to match, including three sets of stairs and upstairs hallway. I will post the pictures but they do not do justice to how stunning the floors look. I'm going to be totally fair here. Billy was nice enough, and the floors were in and are pretty. The guys were here for 3 days, and each day left a mess of nails, staples, dirt and saw dust. It was as if the bird whistle blew on the Flintstones and they slid down the stairs and out of the house. They left garbage bags all over and then left them on my curb. They scratched my walls which was a new paint job, and never even mentioned it. Worse yet, the woman in the office is just nasty, and pretends like she owns the company and the men are in her complete control. A real lack of customer service and any kindness whatsoever. After all that, they left, and a day later I found my dog chewing on plastic, yes, plastic that contained three razor blades that they left in the house ! Thank GOD I caught it before he cut up his mouth. So Billy being very kind, he really should surround himself with a hell of lot more professionalism. It was an upsetting situation that upset my whole household and caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Look elsewhere. read more
