Such a friendly guy!!! Stopped here on a long drive. Drive thru was delayed so we had to wait. After 10 minutes or so, a very nice, friendly young man can out with our food. He was warm, progressional and very respectful. He treated our order like fine dining. I wish I got his name but he was a younger white gentleman with glasses. We waited at the drive through order kiosk and we (my partner and I) were giggling about something completely unrelated while waiting for someone to take our order. The lady at the kiosk had the audacity to say "Is something funny? If you want to give me attitude you can get out of my drive thru". We were stunned. We said sure, we'll do that, and drove away without ordering. Someone needs some customer service training. read more

I've been here twice, should of learned the first time but I gave it another shot, and never again. The first visit I went inside to pick up a mobile order. The kid helping me seriously looked to be like 11 years old, but that's whatever. I can see my order # on the bag, I try to tell this kid, but no, he doesn't listen and I watch it get handed to someone in drive thru. Kid tells me it's not ready yet, mind you it's a mobile order placed about 10 minutes prior. I didn't say or start nothing, I just patiently waited.....13 minutes later food is finally ready. No apology, nothing, just a lie that it wasn't ready. So, literally 23 minutes for my order. 2nd visit was drive thru. Young kid was VERY nice, however when I roll up to pay I could smell the stench from him. I'm in my car about 5 feet away, and as soon as he opened the window, it was like this kid never heard of deodorant and never took a shower before, it was beyond disgusting and nasty. I was damn near throwing up in my mouth. I can't stress how strong and nasty he smelled. As far as the food, the first time the food was fine. 2nd time it did taste like crap, I ordered fish filet, worst one I ever had, it tasted like plastic. SO, never ever again. read more

So as many people know I am not a fan of McDonald's at all, but two of my friends thought it would be perfect to just let the kids run around since it's raining outside. Alright, I have been to this location since the renovation about 5 times. I have only tried the parfait and ice cream but have witness people in my party order just about everything off the menu. My one is coming from how much this restaurant has went down hill. When they first opened you know how cool the newest is to any restaurant. Well as we all know to keep things looking great, you have to take care of it. Well they clearly haven't done that. The soda area was a sticky mess, most of the tables were dirty, the dining room floor clearly needed so Real love, there are flies flying around, the bathrooms are horrible, and to top it all off the employees are playing and standing around while there are customers waiting. They really need to fake a step back and get this place back to par. The flies are one of the biggest turn offs because when you are trying to eat no one wants to have visitors messing with your food nor face. All in all they need to really take a step back and fix this place up. They have plenty staff that could work together and make changes to help the restaurant out. read more

Probably the only 24 hour McDonalds that isn't actually open at night. Drive by, multiple employees just chatting and hanging out, sat at the order screen for 10+ minutes. Sat at the window for the same amount of time. Made physical eye contact with an employee and was promptly ignored. Why are you PAYING people to work during Night Shift if they just use that time to fuck off and hang out instead of taking a single order. I'm not usually the one to get upset, but I've been driving all day, finally found a place to pull off and grab a bite before I hit the road again, this was the only place that was "open". 0/5 stars if i could. If you like a great disappointment by all means go to this sad excuse for a McDonald's. I went to the drive thru and ordered the signature McDonald's BigMac meal. At window 1 I was not given my receipt, at window 2 I was given my meal. After going to my hotel across the street I discovered that they did not give me a straw for my drink, the fries were room temperature at best, and the worst part is they ruined the BigMac by using mayo on it instead of the special sauce (thousand Island dressing), also the lettuce on it was a lot of large thick end pieces. read more

**AVOID, AVOID, AVOID** like the the plague!!! This dump is a the #1 worst McDonalds!! I will never ever go back here. If they paid you to eat here I wouldn't stop. If you stop and go inside, you fight tons of flys and the smell of rancid bleached piss while you order or navigate to the restroom that hasn't been cleaned in a while. Waiting for your food inside your able to see the poor souls in the drive through finally getting their ordered food after waiting an eternity. Every order here is always wrong. Nothing here is ever quality checked. Something is always either missing, made wrong, cold, under filled "drinks/fries especially," under cooked, sloppy, without condiments/napkins/ straws after asking for them. Just walking in and making your own food would be the only way to make sure that what your buying is worth what your getting. Now if your going to piss your time away than I suggest sit in the drive through. Usually only 1 screen is open. Don't expect to be greeted quickly to place your order. You will sit there so long before your asked what you want that you will contemplate making a mobile order. No greetings, no please and thank you, nothing. You will sit there wondering what your total is. If you give them the code for your app, they literally will ask what the code is for like they have never heard of it. Now that your pissed and not hungry anymore you will creep up to windows .After finally getting your cold, wrong, and under filled order your going to need to stop after checking your bag. You now need to go inside to get fixed anything they forgot, missed, or just totally laughed at while screwing you and your order. Now if you make a mobile order, you will wait 25 min or more. When going to leave this crap litter filled parking lot. Beware of the giant dip by the mobile spots that will have no problem messing up any type of car/truck/SUV. I'm sure it would swallow a helicopter as it passes. If the stars on here could go into the negative I would happily select as low as absolute possible. The most unmotivated staff that I have even seen! No supervision, no customer service skills, basically just standing around to collect a paycheck. There is about a 25% chance they get your order right the first time, and that takes an average of 15 minutes. Once again, Maryland fast food disappoints again. Why can't people working at these places have pride in the organization for which they work instead of themselves. You got one job working that is given to you and either you deliberately get it wrong or your just to dumb to get it right. There's other lines of work if one is unable to fulfill customer's needs. When you get it wrong you get defensive if someone comes back and complains about the one item you didn't take off, give or add to the order. My advice is to save everyone the time and pay attention and listen to what the customer ordered. You don't have to take it personal on how EACH INDIVIDUAL approaches the window. You get compliments and respect the more you do things right. Not when you screw up everyone's order because you just have that feeling I don't like that woman or man. GROW UP! read more

I go to the Aberdeen McDonald's 9999 Beards Hill rd 21001. At least 4-5 times a week. They do not care about there customers being satisfied in any way. Today I went their to get my grand children breakfast. I asked for two orders of pancakes and a diet soda for myself, so here is what happened. The Girl took my order, it was never displayed on the verify order sign. So I went to the first window to pay as instructed, the girl took my credit card and handed it back to me, never offered a receipt, I tried to verify my order with her, however she closed the window and would not reopen it. So I drove up to the window for pickup of my food. I asked the lady there to please verify that my order was correct. She stated to me everything was there the whole nine yards, never taking the time to verify my order as I had asked here to do. She opens the window to give me my food, and immediately closed the window in my face. By this time I was totally done with these incompetent people, so I drove off to take my order to my two grand children who were waiting at my house for their food. It gets worst , I get home hand the bag to my oldest grand daughter to devide the food for her and her brother, she opens the bag and there is only one order of pancakes in the bag. I couldn't bear the disappointment in their eyes, so I told them I will take it back and get two orders that will be fresh. When I arrived I went inside this time to get my order corrected, the girl at cashiers spot told me see couldn't take back the one that was completely cold now. So I asked for the manager so I could get my order and go. The manager said after looking up my ticket that I had only ordered one pancake and that was why you only got one. I said to her, trying to remain clam can you please replace my order with the two pancake orders I had Asked for. Now keep in mind I had tried to verify my order three different times, and no one would take the time to actually look at my order to confirm it was correct. I explained this to the manager. I had not been given a receipt or told how much my order was. If they would have given me a receipt or told me the amount at any point, I could have realized the order was incorrect. So the manager goes and pulls my receipt out of the cash register . It had only one order on the receipt, because the girl who took my order entered it wrong. So I explained to her take I had already rode home and was returning to get my order replaced with what I had ordered. At this point I was getting a little hot under the collar. She not only refused to make good on my original order but refused to even replace the old one I had returned because it was cold and hard and I wasn't giving it to me grand children. She said the only way to get a new order is to pay for it. This entire situation could have been avoided if she would have done what any competent store manager would have done. I have been a manager of a large retail store for over 30 years, and I can tell you if one of my employees ever treated a customer like that , they would have been fired on the spot. I can't say that I've had any problems with this McDonald's. The service is decent, the food is prepared well, and the restroom and dining areas are kept diligently clean. I can't believe that no one has written a review yet. It is McDonald's so you know what to expect, right? Speed has always been good. Orders have always been right. The kids area was recently remodeled. Coffee is not too bad (I don't recommend the lattes though). No issues with bathrooms. I just wish the employees were a little more friendly. read more
