So I went back up and I said I asked you if I could purchase a cup from your soda fountain to get water from it. Then A man I think he may be the owner came up argued with me and said we don't have water you bought the cup. I said, OK I understand. I would just like my money back then please, because I don't need an empty cup. He said you have to go buy a bottle of water you bought the cup, so go buy a bottle of water Trying to get me to buy more than the store. I understand this is not a lot of money, but it just isn't right how crooked they are. He sat there and argued with me and said I am not giving you any money back. We don't do returns you asked for a cup, and you got it He said it's not our fault we don't have water you can go buy one Even though I had told the lady I was buying the cup to get water from their fountain soda machine. So I said, can I just fill it like a fourth with some soda or something to make it even and he said no you'll have to give us $1.75 more. I can't believe how dishonest this is. I'm writing this because I had a bad Experience about a month prior there when their credit card machine had a skimmer. I noticed after it was too late and had already used my credit card in it. I told the employee and they Denied it. Within a couple days, my credit card was used fraudulently & I had to close it. I guess I should've known better and not went back here But it was the only gas station in the area at the time

The shift leader working during the day is not a nice person. He was yelling at his coworker about…read morehow to do something and completely ignoring the customers. The man in front of me said hello to him and he wouldn't even look up long enough to greet him back or welcome him to the store. Transaction ended and the customer says thank you and the guy ignores him and starts talking to his co worker telling him how to change a part outside of the store. The shift leader starts ringing up my 3 things and doesn't even tell me my total. I asked him after the transaction if I could have a bag and he sits it down not even bagging it for me. I bag the items myself and I says do you treat all your customers like this. You're coming off rude and ignoring customers that's not good service. He says to me well I can't please everyone so there is the door if you don't like it. I said oh wow that's mature and he raises his voice louder saying get out of my store. I left the store and called the complaint hotline. I didn't get a receipt with my order so I had to look it up online. Hopefully the guy wasn't the owner of the store because if it was, dang I feel sorry for 711. I will not ever come here again, not for gas, drinks, snacks or slurpee. I don't recommend any business who treats their customers like garbage.
