Oh thank heaven for 7-Eleven. I always remember that motto whenever I spot one of these stores. The majority of these stores are not worth thanking for. This one was no exception either. It was a very mediocre experience. No greeting or Thank you from the clerk. Store was fairly clean and stocked. They did have an Amazon locker. Don't see that in most stores. Always use your 7-11 app for good deals folks. Definitely not one of the better 7-Eleven stores out there. Doubtful that I'll ever drop by this specific location again. There are too many other convenience stores in the area to choose from. read more

I stopped there at 1 AM since I was hungry and it was the only thing open for food. I decided to grab a burrito and put it in the microwave. As the cashier was ringing me up, he told me it was cash only because they were updating their system. I had no cash with me at all and there was no sign present stating that. I told the cashier he could've just put up a sign, saying it was cash only. All he told me was next time don't open it. Keep in mind when I walked in and was heating up my microwave he was just standing there the entire time on his phone, he could've just told me something. Because of his negligence I had to use the ATM and take a four dollar hit due to the fee. If you're gonna stop there in the middle of the night, bring cash. read more

Not open 24/7, I'm here at 3:15am and there's a paper sign in the door that says closed. I'd recommend updating your hours since this store is either falsely advertising or their employees aren't actually keeping the store open during posted hours. If this is because there is only one person working and they need a break then another person should be scheduled to work as well. This store is in a primo location on a busy street and the bus stop is right outside. That being said, yes there are A LOT of homeless people and just general people catching the bus roaming around the 7-11 parking lot because it's a CONVENIENCE store conveniently located next to a bus stop where people wait around a lot. There's an ATM inside, food, snacks, etc. They recently added an Amazon Locker named Chandra where I can pick up the goods and it requires a code given to you via e-mail by Amazon. That makes this store even more convenient because I don't trust having my Amazon orders left outside my house if I'm not there. read more

Well, the service man wouldn't honor the sale price even though I didn't notice the expiration date was yesterday and they forgot to change their signs. If you are trying to redeem your reward points don't go to this 7-11. I went to get a medium sized coffee with my reward points and the man at the cashier didn't honor the reward points. They aren't the nicest here and their donuts aren't fresh- very very stale. I requested for them to refill their hazelnut brewed coffee since all their coffees were empty but the manager refused to do so. She said that they stop filling the hazelnut flavour after 11am. read more

This store is horrible... They make their own prices and over charge people... I'm on the rewards program and they charged me for my free refill... On top of all that, they charged me double for a refill... Freaken guys will rip you off if you're not paying attention.... This is the saddest 7-11 in Anaheim. First you have to get by the lazy rude bums from La Palma Park, who gather in the parking lot to bug you for money. What really gets me is when I tell them I don't have any money they get an attitude. Then I have to deal with the staff who are friendly but unfortunately one of them (an overweight employee with a 7-11 shirt that could use a good wash) reeks like armpit all the time. I guess it's a cultural or religious thing not to use deodorant but c'mon man! Last the parking lot looks completely neglected. There is trash, urine, vomit, clothing, stains and homeless laid out all over the place. What kills me is I always see Anaheim PD here. Why doesn't anybody make the owner clean up?
