As the worker was making it, I noticed they used a matcha whisk. It was fresh, not from a squeeze bottle or premade, which made me happy. I feel that when matcha is made fresh it tastes better and more care goes into the drink and the craft. I will say the cold foams were in a squeeze bottle and premade. The worker said they're made fresh daily, which does add some comfort, but I still prefer them made to order. Anyway, I received my drink and gave it a taste. The matcha itself was very good--nicely blended and refreshing. I could taste the blueberry nicely. I believe the oat milk enhances the flavor and gives it more depth. I ordered the Haise Coffee (horchata with espresso doppio), and my boyfriend had the Chocolate Abuelita Latte. Both were rich, comforting, and absolutely delicious. We also lucked out and got the last slice of their Cookie Butter Cheesecake, which was a perfect sweet treat to go with our drinks. Great coffee, great atmosphere, and genuinely friendly service.
