It always looks like a bomb went off in the store. Very disorganized. The fountain area never has cups, always spilled soda. Deliveries that seem to never be put away. I was in there 2 weeks ago and an employee was standing directly behind the warmer that cooks hotdogs. He began clipping his fingernails which were flying everywhere. I went into 7-11 on lakeland ave. In Bohemia tonight. I went in my front pocket to get my wallet where my debt card was. I also had a $10 bill in my pocket, while I was paying one Of the creepy workers was walking up from the aisle and walked over to wehere I was paying at the counter and bent down and picked something up off the floor. So , I said feeling creeped out that he was bending down behind me, did you just pick up something that fell out of my wallet? And he responded rudely" why what did you drop and I said I'm not sure what did you just pick up. No reply. As I finished my transaction and left the store, I put my hand in my front pocket and realized ahh ha I dropped that10 dollar bill, and rush back in, the piece of shit that picked up the 10 dollars said to me after I said "I dropped $ 10 dollars@" he was like how do I know that I did, could you image( this guy is always there so it must be his franchise along with 15 other family members, I said give me my money , he was like I have to check the cameras, I insisted and told him how would I know you have 10 dollars in your hand since you cup it in your hand so it couldn't be seen? He's like how can I believe you. Could you imagine that this piece of shit is going to pocket. Money from a customer that dropped it on the floor. And he was rude as could be and had an attitude as if he was right and it was his. He gave me the 10 dollars and is lucky he did. You get what you give to the universe!! And he will get his. So, if he's doing that to a customer ( I've been there 100's of times it's very close to my home) I could only imagine what else he is doing to all his customers. Fortunately , we have choices where we chose to spend our money, and I would give mine money to that thief. My recommendation is go else where I would trust anything coming out of that 7-11. This store is dirty, there is a mentally ill man who claims to work there but he doesn't! And one of the employees just goes on and on yelling at him to "shut up and leave because he doesn't actually work there." It's really disturbing to go in there and hear all of this going on.. As for the guy who doesn't "actually work" there (Albert) he has a head injury, he's actually an ok guy, he's always stocking things up. I feel bad for him but he's actually probably their best "worker." The corporation should be looking closely at this store.. also the new laws in Suffolk state no plastic bags, these guys have the NERVE to charge you 5 cents for a tiny brown bag and then 20 cents for a larger brown bag because it's a larger size! I told them it's wrong. They do not care. However, they do care about making money. I wish they would get a new owner and fix this store! Will never go back in this location very Filthy inside as well the free coffee promotion there was 12 deep on the line at 7am and I get to the front and they say internet down you owe the price of the coffee. He said I can't process the transaction not that I could understand the guy anyway. But many customers walked out furious after waiting 10 minutes. read more

Terrible location as well as service. Place was filthy not even the coffee table was clean or had any good coffee just decaf. They're also very rude took about 5 mins to ring me up because they was to busy on their cell phone. They extended my stay buy making me wait for the coffee to be made and taking forever to charge me pretty disappointed in my visit wont be stopping here anytime soon. read more

This is the worst 7-11 I have ever been to and I can't believe that the owner allows it to be so poorly run. The counter staff spent the whole time jabbering in their native language and never acknowledged me as a customer. I decided to drop in for a Slurpee or a coffee and both stations were a mess! All the Slurpees were disgusting flavors like "Grape." The machines didn't work--the drinks were watery so I thought let me get a coffee but they were all old or empty carafes. The two workers kept up their animated conversation with each other and couldn't be bothered to do anything about the mess. Settling on an iced coffee, I paid by debit and had to take my own receipt. No have a nice day no hello, no anything. By the way, the iced coffee was awful and I wasted my money. Your store is an embarrassment to the 7-11 franchise. read more

I will never step foot in this 7-11 again. What horrible customer service. We walked in this place and all we herd is complaining from one of the workers to the other worker about why the delivery is still sitting on the floor and that's it's bullshit also that this other person is nothing more then a lazy piece of shit. There was not one pot of reg coffee out other then decaf and flavored coffee which prob has been sitting there since the early AM. The Chubb employee was quick to answer her cell phone when it was ringing. Why is she allowed to answer her cell phone durning work hours then when a customer asks her a question she says give me a min. From the looks of the way the store was there was plenty of cleaning to do not talking on your phone. And again nothing but filth coming out of her mouth if i had my children with me I would prob have spit in her face for her filthy language. Now at the register to pay not a hello not a have a nice day and most of all not a thank you.it was like the customers were a bother to her. These people were just rude.
